Oh Oh I LOVE this recipe Alyne Your a DREAM come true !!! That could be eaten like this or with chips the corn chips to scoop the taco cheeseburger helper on out !!! That is some of the ways I think I would eat it !!! Bag of corn chips from Aldi's would be cheap that is where I buy mine from and Piggy would have something else to scoop into that bowl then that Hand there is getting thin there haha giggle !!! Not !!!

It was an experiment with what I had on hand. It turned out really well.
I am like Piggy and I rarely get hungry. This is how I make my spanish rice. I could just taste it as you were making it. It is sooooo good.

I agree about the chips. Piggy said it would be good in a burrito as well.
