I think he made Pippa cry on her 30k celebration stream (because of his messages to her before stream). Their demand was that Sakana was nicer to them. According to Uruka, he's now much better. He's probably just an autistic businessman. Not a bad guy, but naturally very cold and blunt. These issues were mostly about their private communication, not public stuff - even though he's pretty much the same in public, too. Basically, he expressed his complaints about the talents to them in a cold, brutal and ruthless fashion.
