Which one of these houses in Chiba would you buy and why? Need help buying your dream house in Japan? Apply for Japan Akiya Assist: forms.gle/egt6N8rqJdqQBUZn9
The second house really looks incredible. I especially love the big windows/doors which provide much sunlight. If I'm ever going to buy a house in Japan, it should be similar to this one
if I ever decide to live in Japan, I would definitely buy a house with direct access to the beach. Chiba and Kanagawa prefectures seem to be the best locations as well. very easy to reach Tokyo within 2 hours with the bullet train or car.
Guess the new American Dream: Buy an akiya house for cheap an remodel it in Japan.Or live in a ghetto, 1300 sq ft house in LA,SF,Seattle while paying at least 700k to 800k with an HOA.Decent area would be 1 million dollars or more.Unless you work in tech or work in the medical field, you are going to be house broke.
I moved to Vietnam. Got married here a year ago. And I’m happy here. But I wish I had done research on Japan. I might would have moved there who knows. It’s a beautiful country. I’m just on a limited budget. And don’t think I would have been able to afford living there.

You're welcome! I'm glad you liked it.
I'm looking for buying a house in 船橋市. Thanks for featuring that house.
The second house looked really good and very spacious.for 177k it's not bad for that price in America houses are hard to find that cheap.
Depends on where you live of course.
Number 2 I could see myself living in
Hey Shu, why are Japanese Kitchen sinks so Enormous? It's like a Mini Swimming Pool!

I think it's a great house. Fortunate people.
how profitable would you say a akiya rental is in these cities?
Hi do you help foreigners in purchasing land ? if yes what the procedure
2nd was tops.
how much to rent 2nd house? is it cheaper to rent than to buy? take 15-20 years to recover the cost to buy, then it becomes Akiya.
2-4 million for renovation
Is there a way for non-resident foreigner to finance in Japan?
Yakuza.
It doesn't look like an akiya?
Bar on the windows????
You mean the neighbor windows by the entrance corridor? They're for privacy.

If the last house still available email to me and I would love to buy it thank you
I would rather see houses that are for sale, not sold.
-kinda feels like you’re saying too bad so sad
He's advertising.
House #1 - Horrible layout. No wonder the population is dropping like a stone. No privacy.
House #2 - Quite nice. Could live in that one.
Thanks.
Most of japanese house has bad lay out!! Small divided rooms!! Not smooth at all
