  • I'm taking you to the Real Montego Bay. I'm back in Jamaica to explore the food, culture, and people of this amazing place. Not only will we be trying to best food that Jamaica has to offer, but we will also be going in depth with the people of Montego Bay. We will be talking about the economy, rural/city life, lack of beach access, tourists vs locals and so much more. And of course don't forget Usain Bolt's Restaurant, the delicious Land Crabs, and the famous Jamaican KFC.

Its so cool that after the Alice and the bucket saga that David is still able to look beyond that and see Jamaica for what she truly is,. I am truly impressed with the authenticity of his content. Well done David, you are showing how awesome the country is. I am not a writer but I had to say this.💯 and I am tuning in all the time for new content.

@Melissa-cn5hx That's cool. The people do seem very friendly and kind, I've noticed. Hopefully I might go there one day. That's if I get a chance. It won't be my first destination though. I'll probably want to go to Ireland first and all around the UK. Most of my family is there.

They handle things so clean and visibly clean. Unlike some countries. Thats what you want to see especially when people handle and prepare your food.

Anato is also known as Roucou David. If you been to Uncle Clyde in Paramin when you were in Trinidad he more than likely would have introduced you to that. He uses that regularly in his dishes.

I’m near Ft. Laud FL & went to Montego Bay in 09 on my honeymoon & fell in love w it. The land, the culture, the people 🥹❤️‍🔥I’m now divorced & watching videos bc I would love to move to an island to continue healing more natural & I’ve thought about moving there but seeing this makes me think it would bring back too many memories. Thank you for sharing this beautiful culture. Beautiful people in every way. I’d just feel safe here. It’s a soul thing. Ahh the carvings are so amazing, I saved a few from my trip. So special!! I have a heart ♥️ just like that. I feel that too when you say support the local economy…the whole world should live like this everyone would be happier here too, everyone needs to go to another country to see what life is supposed to be like. I was also in Ocho Rios, Dunn River falls, Green grotto caves, Kingston etc.

We recognize that we are diverse in Jamaica. Out of many one people. My family history is from his homeland but I would never deny the African history that is mixed up in our blood.

Jamaican patties are like Cornish pasties in England - - The Jamaican patty is a derivative of the Cornish pasty - a baked pastry filled with meat or vegetables. The Cornish pasty was brought to the Caribbean by British colonists and was enhanced by by the African and Indian people of the Caribbean.

Bob Marley was pissed off when I went there. He either doesn't want the visitors there in his mosoleum and/or he's pissed about how people aren't actually listening to the message in his music about Babylon.

I am still waiting too hear David say which KFC was the better one?? 😂But i kkow because of Sensitive viewers he probably wouldn't say....so i would go with this..i had both and i know 🇹🇹 1st ..but Jamicia right after...Our Hospitality was way better ..he as in David has a proper representative from KFC ,might i add that District Manager was fine..think its Candice is her name..❤😅..David got everything that KFC Trini offers ...he got a Trinidad T shirt with our steel pan on it...and if i know our Hospitality he probably didn't even had too pay...now why was the Hospitality so different in this KFC?? Hear David trying too set us up.."tell us in the comments 😂😂"...You tell us 😂😂most people in the comments didn't had both....but the fact that he talking about Trini KFC so much while in Jamicia KFC kinda says a lot lol

The rabbi misrepresented the meaning of the colours of the flag of Jamaica. Here's the Truth: Black depicts the strength and creativity of the people; Gold, the natural beauty of the sunlight and the wealth of the country; and Green signifies hope and agricultural resources.

There is a debate amongst jamaicans and that type of pineapple isnt considered the best. The one that is longer and taper to the top is called sugar loaf pineapple and is considered by the majority the sweetest variety. The type she gave you is called the cowboy. We actually developed the type produced in hawaii

I am not sure which Jamaica episode but when he asked O'Neil what his name was and David said Onion I damn near choked from laughter . Then he didn't stop there he kept guessing till another person told him and he said real quick thinking oh the traffic i fell out . Being from Bermuda myself I know the Caribbean have thick accents but David makes me laugh 😂😂😂😂😂

Really enjoyed all your features. I am heading to Jamaica in two weeks and definitely going to see Bob Marley's resting place. I have been to the museum in Kingston, but I can't say I knew about his resting place. I also thought his Mom was alive. I thought I saw her at the preview of the movie. Bottom line, I am behind the power curve on the latest in my homeland. Thanks for catching me up.
