    I’m old school, started climbing in the 70’s, I boulder, trad and sport climb, so take what I say with that in mind, I have old school ethics.
    I would never say I red-pointed, or flashed a climb if I started on top rope. It looks like you could have clipped the rope into the draw on the 1st bolt, so I wouldn’t call it a red-point.
    It was an amazing climb nonetheless, something I haven’t been able to do in 15 years at my age, and I salute the effort you put into climbing this route.

      I always climb sport routes by stick clipping the first bolt - I rarely see anyone do otherwise these days! I think it's a safer practice. I appreciate your input!
