Love it. I just got the medium in denim- it has silver hardware- its my second 22 (have in tweed) I love the look- considering the small so thanks for the review!

Thank you for such a great early review. Disappointing to hear they didn't think of simple touches that would make a huge difference! Removeable long straps ... the closure (which they have on the larger sizes).
Yes agree! Small magnet, removable straps.. some minor details. Maybe in version 2... Not sure if Ill keep...
You are spot on with your review. Given that this is such a simple design, this was a chance to do some nice detail that would have stood out. For a bag to be called leather, it only has to have leather someplace on the bag, i.e. the strap or elsewhere.
True, true. Actually, I got confirmation from a fashion advisor out of state that I’ve kept in contact with that this is in fact bonded leather. And many others are too. He said “its 100% true.”

Yessss 100% agree - it’s a flaw and needs resolution for sure. I’ve stopped with any small 22s until that is done!
Thank you so much for the reView, I was considering it as most of my bags are all minis and smalls, but now seeing your review, the leather string strap, the closure and no pochette it’s a no for me. It is super cute though, but I think the 22 bag bigger sizes are more my liking now. Anyways, it looks great on you congrats!😊

I really like this size, I prefer it than the larger size... added pearls give cool tomboy vibes... love it
I like the tomboy vibes! That’s why I went with the one with pearls. Plus, the Chanel logo has a cool edge being shaped like it is. Idk if I’ll keep it though. Not 100% sure :( I realllly wish they would have made the cross body removable and added a darn magnet! Maybe Im being too picky.. :)

Thanks for the review. I really like the 22 bag despite the controversy. I think it is such a shame they did not replicate the magnetic closure for the mini and also that they did not include a little pouch - I think that would have been a really cute touch. I saw the pink cardigan you tried on today which is my favourite piece in the summer collection. They also had it in green/blue which I think would look great with your blue trousers and it had a little skirt too 😃

I really wanted this bag since I saw it from s/s 23 collection last year so this video only makes me want it more🥰 sadly, SA who assisted me in store told me that they do not have them in US stores yet and he could not give me any answer of when we can get them:( I was sad that they didn’t even carry a sample that I could see it irl😢
Hi.. ugh the SA wasn’t honest with you. They came in very early to the US stores but were on reserve for VVIC clients :( I have one from the US and saw MANY IRL - I’m sorry the SA said that :(

@@koo2890 I’m sorry. I didn’t want to say it, but I want to be honest with you. I think they don’t know what to say because they are given such limited quantity. The store that does the most sales in the country only got six of them.

Hi.. Chanel stores are getting them slowly.. I would connect with your fashion advisor! You can buy on the resale market but there is a markup of about a grand.. be careful of fakes for sure.

hi I just found you on here by searching this bag. I personally just received it from a Chanel boutique in LasVegas -it's beautiful but so not functional. I hate that it doesnt close like the other 22s and I feel like you cant put anything slightly bulky in It or it sticks out making it a pickpockets dream ...Have you worn it out ? is it more functional that what I think ? I dont want to send it back but ....:( You make it look great. ! great content - Im a new subbie
Hi Betsey, and thanks for subscribing! For exactly the reasons you’ve mentioned, I have not even worn it out yet. There’s so much forgive me, but so much crap in terms of straps and stuff inside of it, that it makes it impossible to even open up! I think it looks really rock ‘n’ roll and fun, but I do not find this to be a functional bag at all. Like 0.0 lol I’m not worried about pickpocket so much just the fact that I don’t want to be digging inside my bag to find things. Lol.
@@LuxuryDesigners yesssss it’s a “messy” bag had they had a magnetic button to close it it might have been doable but I think I’m going to return mine for all the reasons above

I’d find the straps annoying, from the inability to remove to the one that keeps one from fully opening the bag to the fiddly closure. Reading that this is indeed bonded leather (oh, Chanel…) would be an absolute “no” for me.
All of those reasons definitely make it a very hard choice, particularly at its price point!

Love the video. I just don’t care for the 22s. They look like glorified garbage tote bags. Just not my jam for the price. This one doesn’t even close and that won’t work for me personally. I enjoy your videos and Ty for getting right into it and not prolonging the bag! ❤
