Its a nice design but would like to see more interior. Don't get the 3d effect with just seeing it on paper. 👍
I do like the minimalist concept with the second floor which is good for a small footprint on a tight space.
My one concern is the toilet that come directly off the kitchen.
I just cannot see that as being hygienic in anyway.
Plus taking a shower and walking THROUGH the kitchen?
I would love to see you modify it to separate the entrance of the bathroom from the kitchen which is what I would do if I were to adopt this design.
Very nice otherwise.
