love hearing the little electoon cage cry for "help!" and then rayman just goes and finishes the level anyways. i know that's par for the course in speedruns but it's still funny to see the game itself draw attention to it
I've played both, but like 20 years ago as a kid. If these old memories serve me correctly: No, its probably not the same engine. The platforming feels so much better in Rayman 3. Proprietary engines were also more common in GBA dev.
Hmm, an orange character who acts naughty on occasion, mostly known for his PS1 classics, gets a 2D platformer on the GBA? WHAT IS THIS, RAYMAN OR *CASH BANOOCA?!*
I would have loved this as a kid. Something about 2d gba platformers was always fun for me. It weird to see how different the tone is from the platform/pc game but I'm oddly onto it.
This game was:
Rayman 2 history with Rayman 3 title and Rayman 1 gameplay.
Still good run tho.

This looks like it was made on the same engine as the Crash and Spyro crossover. I think I know how the controls feel because of this comparison

From what I remember, Crash Purple and Spyro Orange felt pretty different from each other anyhow.
Hmm... Interesting. Thanks guys

You're from the Rayman Discord server, right?
First of all, how dare you completely Magma Mayhem 2, the level of my nightmares, only 1 second slower than the any% TAS.

Played a lot of this on my nokia n-gage, not knowing that it's an inferior port from gba version until recently
Multiplayer part in this game exclusive!
