Josh what are you doing killing someone in a room full of people and then staying silent for a minute before defending yourself?
i mean he was already in the process of killing when the others came into view, so he chose his moment wrongly, but he didn't know there were others there. He just needs to play the game more and get a feel for how it works and why he shouldn't kill in electrical when there's a problem there. As for the not defending himself, well there was just no defence in that scenario. Two people confirm that they saw him kill, and the majority of the time you only need 1 person to say they saw you kill for you to be voted out, 2 people calling you out becomes pretty ironclad.
Also, had Josh started to defend himself properly (because lets face it, his defence wasn't a defence and was an intentional joke) then Freya being his imposter friend, would have felt more inclined to ask Gee and Simon for proof and start questioning them, which means Freya becomes suspicious, and they most likely wouldn't have won the game.
Caligulagraphy that’s completely the wrong way to go about it. Only if there’s three witnesses does he become indefensible. He could’ve pretended it was Simon, and then when Gee backed him up say “well it must have been Gee and Simon then”. The group would probably still vote Josh out, but then he could leave with something like “fine vote me out but vote out Gee and Simon because I know it’s definitely them” which would take the suspicion hopefully away from Freya and bide her more time.
AS my point is, that in that situation, nothing Josh could have done would have stopped him from being voted out. Him defending himself would have been pointless and futile, because if it ended up not being him, everyone else would immediately be suspicious of Gee and Simon, BUT nobody would know it wasn’t Josh until the game ends, or if they see Simon or Gee do something. So irregardless of Simon and Gee teaming, it wouldn’t be found out until later. And I know 3 makes it indefensible logically, but in terms of the game, you only really need 1 person to say they saw you, for you to be kicked out straight away. And 2 pretty much makes it definitive within the context of the game and how people play it.
It ruins the game when people say, “oh this round we’ll vote you, then next round we’ll vote the one who pointed the finger at you.” And stuff like that. People should only vote if they know someone is guilty, or if there is no other option (i.e the game will end with 1 more kill). So i’m glad Josh didn’t end up by saying, “well it wasn’t me, so you know simon and gee are working together”. Because one of them could have simply been mistaken, and then someone’s game gets ruined because of that.

If his ship is sinking then the best he can do is draw attention to someone else who’s not his teammate. Literally everything you said makes no sense. You don’t “only need one person to see you for you to be kicked out straight away” are you alright? The point of the game is to bluff you’re way out of things. If someone sees you kill someone then you claim that you saw them do it, and then it’s a 50/50 depending on how convincing you are, if you’re early on in the game, the round will most likely get skipped and you’ll survive. I can’t believe I have to explain that to you, maybe you’ve not watched/played enough of the game, but you’re viewing it as so basic, as if it’s a simple gun game, when its a game of bluff and deceit. And also if there’s two witnesses, you’re most likely gonna get voted off but if you’re really convincing then you can claim that it was the two witnesses that were the imposters and they framed you. It’s not even unlikely that that could happen, it’s a good imposter strategy, especially if they’re hunting in pairs to give each other an alibi. It does not ‘mAkE iT dIfInItIvE iN tHe CoNtEXt Of ThE gAmE’. And how does the pointing the finger ruin the game you absolute tool, that’s the point of the game. “yOu ShOuLd OnLy VoTe If ThEy KnOw SoMeOnE iS gUiLtY” this just shows how little you understand the game. Sometimes you have to vote out the most suspicious person because if you skip when both killers are alive on 6 people then they only need a double kill to win. And also if you are as a group very suspicious of someone, like if there story doesn’t add up, then it’s better to get them out early before they kill anyone else, and if you’re wrong, then they move on at a slight disadvantage, but if they’re right then they’ve halved the imposter population. “sOmEoNeS gAmE gEtS rUiNeD” just shut up. The imposter has to ruin other people’s games to win. I’m sorry for all this, but I think you really don’t get the point of the game.

I know the secret to winning as an impostor. My strategy worked 9/10.
All u gotta do is spend a good minute or 2 chilling with 1 or 2 people. Don"t kill em yet to gain they trust than depart from who ur following in a way of an excuse. Than look for someone who is alone n most distance from the rest. Quickly kill that person in a room than vent out to the nearest vent near a group of people. Hope that no one finds the body within seconds or a minute after u had killed. Gained the trust of the others n find a reason to make someone else the sus.
By being with someone u gained their trust, u can say u was with him or her and that person would confirm u was for a good 2 to 5 minute before a bpdy was found. It would take the sus off u for sure.
Repeat the process n u should be good.
it's called third imposter and yeah, it works if they don't sus you from your movements. Players just beginning can't pull it off without looking very sus.

Vent at the vent which is the nearest to a group of people but not the vent that is literally near people and make sure you don't get spotted, exiting a room without entering the room first.
