Yup you can describe eastern dragon claws looking like griffins claws, in ancients text eastern dragon described as a beast that looks like a combination of animals, a serpentine tail, head like a camel, eyes like a rabbit, ears like a cow, horns like a deer antlers, scales like a carp, belly like a stacked clams, with a tiger paws and eagle claws.
Ohhh thank you for telling me! I can definitely tell from artwork that they’ve got that mammalian “beast” vibe a lot as opposed to how reptilian some other cultures’ dragons tend to be!

I completely understand this! I’ve seen some of these BJD companies answer questions on their Chinese socials from fans who want actual hair so I’m very curious if they’ll start implementing it? There’s definitely interest in it even with the main audience!
@@xCanadensis well what’s great is I researched and found a company in cali who sells a head piece that makes their heads round so you can wig em. It works for all penny box dolls so I bought the full set of the mermaids and six head pieces and researching wigs now tho… I’m getting the dragon set very soon if I like the penny box mermaids. 🧜♀️
@@xCanadensis if you do it carefully you will never hurting this precious dragons, since the wire is inside the dolls with the elastics, there's some good tutorials about it in UA-cam as well.
I want to get these and wire them. I can't express how much I love the designs, but the articulation is quite limiting to me. I definitely think it's worth the hassle to wire the dolls.
Do they sell just the bodies by themselves? And can you buy blank faceplates and hair pieces separately? I collect resin BJDs and i love the customizing aspect of the hobby, so id love to make my own lil dragon friend!
Penny's Box can do no wrong, they hit it out the park every time smh. Adou, I'm also not particularly into the other BJDs but they do have really adorable plushie lines 🥰
The long pipe is for the long-haired dragons so they don't singe their hair. At least, that's what I like to think :) I love how androgynous and monstery these dolls are.

I pay for them too and my reviews for paid ones before I even knew they did gifting are just as positive. They’re cool dolls. Every doll or toy is lame, overpriced plastic to someone and a gem to someone else. These are art toys and I enjoy them but you don’t have to. This comment has really weird energy. Look at all the comments from people who also love these. Kikagoods doesn’t even make them… they’re a distributor.
