That was a fantastic boat trip! I love how they kept it natural and didn't appear to run to a script and they way they changed course or slowed down to allow best views of the whales and dolphins. NZ is surely a fabulous country!
Oh my gosh the girl that served use and the voice at 1:25 is one of my all time best friends!! Man i love these videos, they make me miss home so bad lol!!!! Use are the best!!
So beautiful! You've taken us back the the NZ we love. Can't wait to see, hoping you visit the massive southern mountains too. Stunning thread of the needle rock pass :) Wonderful episode, James and Kim
Happy Valentine's Day guys, hope you're spending it somewhere hot and romantic! I just arrived in Siem Reap with my partner for mine so sorry but we had to watch your old videos. We barely cringed, honest!
Fantastic footage, we are so very lucky to live here! One of my best memories was swimming at Kaikoura with 300 dolphins, was very overwhelming and emotive, such beautiful, majestic creatures.
This was gorgeous to see. New Zealand is a beautiful country and, although warmer no doubt, it reminds me very much of Vancouver Island and the Gulf Islands. I'm loving your videos right now xox
NZ looks so awesome! Thanks for showing me your side of the world. Am doing a lot of catching up! Stalking you in this time of pandemic with much of love, your avid fan from the PH happily stuck in VN 💖💖💖💖💖
What an awesome trip! I had no idea there were Orcas on the bay of islands! Have been there twice on both our NZ cruises, never take a boat trip....but will definitely be doing one if we get to go again!
Amazing vlog guys, pure beauty, been waiting for this video since the insta stories as I did a similar thing in Monterey California last year going on a whale and dolphin tour!
Hey guys what time of the year did you do this? We planning a trip in mid July. I did hear the winter up there is quite mild. So just looking to escape from Wellington during school holidays:)
8:19 Why did they put people in the net? I would prefer to swim up to the dolphins without the net. On the island of Oahu in Hawaii the spinner dolphins are really shy. So they swim away if I get too close. The dolphins on the Big Island of Hawaii are not as shy. They like to surf with people. The same on Maui. The dolphins surf with the surfers. They are such adorable squeaky butts! Did you hear their squeaks underwater? So CUTE!!!!!!
There's a lot of rules up there about how you can engage with the dolphins, the netting was kind of more just for fun rather than actually to swim with them :) They are the best though, the little squeaks and their playfulness is the best
aaaah I love killer whales since watching Free Willy as a kid :D such smart animals. Good to know they can be spotted in New Zealand too, we never been to your country but some day for sure we will explore it
Loving this NZ series, it's simply just beautiful, picturesque perfect place 😍
I'm just in awe with how beautiful this is. Everyone seems so friendly too!!
So true - traveling in NZ has been such a good reminder how lovely Kiwis are!
One of those videos you don't want to miss a second of. Well done.
Oh thanks Eric!

I've always wanted to visit New Zealand, but these vlogs are confirming that I need to go soon!! Everything looks so beautiful!
What a day! If I ever get to NZ I am so doing that. The Orca was so graceful. Great shots of everything... even the burgers looked great :)
It’s just absolutely beautiful there! I’m in Florida so we have the rain, sun, rain.....but such beauty!
Do you have to dress for every occasion, every day? Kind of felt that way a bit on this day but totally worth it!
LOVE that you guys are exploring your own backyard! Your NZ series have really helped us plan our trip there, so thank you for that! Cheers guys!
Stoked to hear that guys, more South Island vids to come

Shout out to the whale specialist. They rock.
So much info! I'm sure her job title is something a lot cooler than 'Whale Specialist" though whoops.
Thank you for showing us what NZ is all about
Thanks for coming with us
What an awesome trip! I had no idea there were Orcas on the bay of islands! Have been there twice on both our NZ cruises, never take a boat trip....but will definitely be doing one if we get to go again!

Amazing indeed 👍 Beautiful New Zealand is 👌😍.. Happy Valentine's kuya&Ate 👏💌💞
Stacey is a magician, she can predict the weather! ♥
Love NZ. Would love to go there more often. The only thing stopping me is the thought of being cooped up in a tin can for 17 hours to get there.
Ah yes, there is that to consider - such a pain we're so far away!
Well put together vid. Congrats on getting ingaged!
Thanks!
