But you're an idiot if you think having enough money to get a paid lawyer doesn't help more than getting a public Pretender. And that's anywhere not just Florida anything in life money may not fix all your problems but it definitely helps to cushion a lot of the blows. And I really wouldn't talk because you're the only state of people speak of more negatively then Florida they call it the armpit of America so why don't you not speak on it. You think OJ would have gotten off if he was just a regular black dude from the hood or do you think spending millions of dollars what's what kept Him from going to jail? what do you think he wasn't from Jersey either. I've seen a guy get 51 years suspended to drug court. Failed or flunked drug court. Didn't get 51 years. Then last November he drove high or drink and hit and killed a guy being stopped by the police. Crazy

Melbourne Australia..... Aggravated Burglary, you’re doing minimum 3 -12yrs. I had 2 ‘co’ds’ both ratted on the other 2, i was the only 1 that ‘no commented’ everything in police interview. The first rat was on parole so he was gonna be fucked regardless, ended up doing 4. The 2nd had his lawyer argue that the 1st was the instigator and for his cooperation got a 3 year suspended sentence. However, my lawyer argued “Parity” for my case, and that whatever 2nd guy got for ratting, I should get the same because we committed identical crimes (only difference is he co-operated and I didn’t) so I ended up getting whatever the 2nd rat got.... a 3 year suspended sentence - i have a lot of priors. When someone/ones rats in a 3 co-defendant situation, depending on the jurisdiction, usually 1 cops the hardest sentence, the rat cops the least and in my case I get the same as the rat did. I have police paperwork & briefs from my lawyer showing who said what.
edit: original charge was armed robbery. dropped to the lesser charge of Ag-burg, was how my lawyer was able to get me pretty much a slap on the wrist.... on top of arguing ‘parity’.

How else would you(or a lawyer) defend yourself if not. Granted you still have to file a motion to get ur discovery packet, but yea...NEVER do anything with any case before getting ur discovery packet

Very suspect, I did a 2 year 16 day bid for possession with intent. had next to nothing on me and it was the first time I had gotten any charges. Canadian law though but still, I'm very weary about this guy.

Your right. 3 priors, his age, armed robbery...I was 22 looking at 3-6 for possession with intent and it denied drug court when I had nothing but drug charges!

Here’s the thing after doing Jail in Australia 🇦🇺 you can’t take anyone just off there word, if you can’t prove it with paperwork, you keep your mouth zipped or you get zipped up, it’s that simple because a lot of people I know are not gonna let this happen.

Scott Natale exactly, I know atleast out here in CT, the court system definitely can be lenient with sentencing when it comes to a defendant going to rehab To get help, but I’ve never heard of one of 3 getting 8 years but the other 2 get no time...it doesn’t make the most sense, but the courts never really do at times, and not everyone gets treated the same...it’s just all unfortunate

Nothing could help me quite but vaping. I do suggest Josh you get a harder hitting vape. You won't get the satisfaction off a lil stick vape. 6 years ago I started on a lil stick an I had to get a vape that hit harder. Soon as I did that I've never looked back.
