The blond actor in Die Monster Die, Nick Adams has an interesting story. He wss in Rebel Without a Cause with James Dean and was one of the first actors to be scandalized in the tabloids for his unsavory behavior. He was rumoured to be involved in a homosexual relationship with James Dean and the King himself, Elvis Presley. He was also accused of being someone who takes advantage of Hollywood stars in order to further his own stardom. After James Dean died he did many interviews about his friendship with him, and wrote a book about it. His Wikipedia page has all the dirt, I forget all the details but I got the impression that Nick Adams was quite the character.
I believe he died from a drug overdose or something tragic. I first saw him in "Invasion of The Astro Monster". Its a Godzilla type movie and hes the only white guy. But he looked kind of Japanese in it so I was confused and had to look him up.

Just before Nick Addam's death, he flew to Rome to co-star in the film Murder in the Third Dimension, and no one told him it was scrapped. Wonder if that caused his meltdown to overdose? Poor guy.
His kids were 7 and 8 years old when he died. I read what they remember about their father and it seemed like he was more focused on himself then them after his divorce. And his ex apparently had to get a restraining order against him and her boyfriend sued him for deformation. Plus there is some mystery surrounding his death.
