I started listening to kpop around 3rd gen era , so snsd peak era was done by then. And i dont like a lot of their songs ( thought their harmony and concelts were to die for ) not that its not good , its not really my type. But i cant deny they are legendary , one if the biggest grps that has stood out for among countless other coz they simply were the 'It girls " . Yes they were all very pretty but its beyond that , they had that it factors that companies looks , its the confidence , the way they sung and danced. They owned the stage and they knew it . They always looked like they had fun and they made the songs completely their rather than just performing . These girls were meant for the stage and you cant help but get magnetised by them . And i have seen very few newer grps being able to perform that this level ; mamamoo is the only grp that comes to mind similar to their confidence and an honourable mention is gfrnd yes they werent the biggest grp out their but their performance was always a joy to watch . Having girl grps like snsd , 2ne1 , sistar , kara must have been such an exciting time .
