This is very nicely explained sir, these are some of the topics (gyro, autopilot)which candidates study but still left with so much of confusion and doubts they really needs some good base and understanding, and you have covered them very smoothly and easy to understand. Please make a video on course recorder too, as there is not much study material available on this topic and questions are frequently asked over this by surveyors during orals.

Our tug boat equipped with autopilot , its connected with Gyro and GPS also steering system , currently the auto pilot does not work due to faliure of GPS DEVICE , my equestion is if GPS faliure effect on the auto pilot or not

Auto pilot is usually independent of gps so should work without gps.
