My interest in your work and the incredible House of Wills is just hitting me solid. Haunted dunno... cross grid location.. definately. It brought me to tears, but more so when I heard of the work that you intend to do. Perhaps a cross grid local isn't the only parallels here. I am currently working on a bike build and show for troubled youth in Denver, Co. Late going, but exciting just the same. I was one of those homeless after leaving my home on Cleveland St. In illinois (little Egypt) since my husband hung himself years ago. You are right.. if you set your mind to something.. well ... best wishes to you and I am happy to hear that I am not the only one that still digs the superhero 'when I grow up' headstrong goal. See you on the flipside. Who knows... maybe introductions someday on our paths. Toodles
I used to deliver caskets for a living and delivered to the house of wills..the morgue was in the basement and was the creepiest funeral home I had ever delivered to.They also weren’t great about keeping bodies covered up which made it that much creepier…Cool place for sure.
Fantastic video. I wish their were more people like him and you in our country so that places like this will not be gone forever. What a fabulous person. He will most definitely be in my prayers!
I was a boyhood friend of Steve Allen Wills and knew he worked at the H of W just before his passing. I am so glad to hear that the House is being refurbished and that its re-purpose will long serve the citizens of Cleveland.
Your plans are AWESOME! Ive always love historical homes and building. I have a son who is currently in prison and it’s a very sad situation. You’re bringing hope by restoring history and without a doubt you’ll restore a few lives along the way. You’ll give them something to be proud of and will provide them with a sense of accomplishment. Many don’t know what that feels like. It’s vital for a healthy life. Thank you!
i think hes a low down mini Alister Crowley whos got bullshit inspirational piano key music playing in the background to distract u from the occult like shit thats really going on here. But of course girls like u get off on that kinda shit cuz Satan is running a fucking muck on this planet sooo yeah. Questions/Comments/Concerns wont change any of that.
I was born and raised in Cleveland Ohio, I went to east tech and always admired that building when I'd walk home from school....it's right next to east tech...I see the potential, I hope you are able to make your dream come true...if I had the means I would definitely invest!
My family lived inside there for years, we had parties for years in there it was like a mansion once you made it upstairs past the scary part. I can tell you more.
I have such a natural deep connection, appreciation, and respect for historical sites, buildings, places, and homes. I think of the soul's that built them and the soul's that have traveled through them. I think of all that's happened in the world since they've been built. I've always wanted to be able to buy and restore abandoned historical places such as this. I literally feel a deep emotional connection with them. I know it has a lot to do with the energy, "souls," that's connected to them. I have an extreme amount of respect and appreciation for all those who have and are restoring historical buildings, homes, sites, etcetera. You rule!
Hey Eric im impressed ive never heard your ultimate plan for HOW.. ive visited it a few times and it's really a beautiful building. I love that history also. Very cool that your trying to maintain it. Peace man.
Hello Eric Freeman. You look like my dad, Stanley. We lived in Cleveland when I was little up to about age 8. Dad and mom lived there some years before that, maybe from about 1954. We left around 1968. We lived on E. 67th Street.
When I was coming up Wills Funeral Home is where 80% of the Black population in Cleveland had their funerals....Mrs. Wills gave "roof top" concerts that my grandmother went to very often....as kids we would go inside just to see the lay-out's of the deceased...every room had a different theme....It was the largest Black Funeral Home in Cleveland, a lot of memories...I was shocked when I saw it was closed....
The place just needs to be cleaned up one room at a time. I'm sure there are some volunteers including myself who would love to help. Put an ad in the plain dealer newspaper.
I was disappointed when he started having satanic meetings in the basement; the surrounding neighborhood where the house is already demon like, poverty stricken and filled with crime and he brought more of that energy to the neighborhood by having satanic rituals.
I had family in willies and the church next door shiloh Baptist my family grew up there mom dad grandparents all were deacons and deaconess good to see the building fix
Sounds Like Jo Anne knows our boy Frank pretty well. I mean come on folks, you can't make up a story like hers. Sounds spot on to me. On a lighter note. I wish you well in your plans to have wayward boys, cons and whoever else, fix your place up for free.
I just finish watching the episode on The House Of Wills Funeral Home. I want to clarify, there were two Mr. John W Wills. There was the founder, who everone called Senior & there was his son, that everyone called Junior. If they would have done their investigation, then the question should have been are you Senior or Junior?
You are doing a GREAT job! I want to ask you; I was born and raised in Cleveland and I have been to The House of WIlls when a friend of mine lost her mom. What I want to know is that is it really true that House of WIlls was once a hospital and a speakeasy? This is what I have heard and I am very interested to know. I am so glad that you are saving such a huge landmark in Cleveland and thanks for your efforts!!
I'm writing a blog post on some of the top haunted places in Ohio where I live. I found some info on this house and found this video through that.. Would you mind if I sourced you and this video on my post?
Urbex US. I wonder if the folks that do the Registration History plakes, Historical Regist. folks who are in the business of saving buildings, could they show you how to get funding & how to raise awareness to better help you save your building? I know that there are plenty of RICH folks who need to find ways to 'donate (so to speak) to causes so they can save BIG on their taxes. Have you tried that outlet. The government has all kinds of building help. Try the State Universitys, or Senators. Maybe a college club folks would like to help as a project. How do you think we got the Statue of liberty's base paid for? Kids sent in their pennys & other folks sent in change. Change turns into dollars. Bless you!!! I hope to see the building back to even better than what it was before. ( • :
So thankful he saved this site.A 33rd degree mason is a huge feat.Do you have a Gofundme,Patreon for donations? You are such an inspiration.I would love to see this beauty in person one day.A feast for the eyes.Thank you for your hard work and dedication,it's to be admired and replicated.
I think by getting kids & criminals to do the work you want free slave labor for YOUR house. I also think you need professionals to do the work to have it done RIGHT. I really don't think you have ANY contracting experience. They are not going to let you have ANY work done unless it's professional. That's why there are permits.

Fantastic video. I wish their were more people like him and you in our country so that places like this will not be gone forever. What a fabulous person. He will most definitely be in my prayers!
But he's a Satanist!! He worships SATAN!!

Looks like a beautiful place for an art gallery!
I was friends with Patricia Wills and can remember going there once in the early 90's. It's so sad that it was run to the ground.
Too bad so sad

Heart warming moment with Satan 🖤
I bought a home in Dayton, Ohio. It was built in 1915. They just don't build houses like this anymore!!

I’m from Cleveland, I’ve never seen this House of Wills.
E.55
Because you don't be in the projects
Johnny DTW if it’s on 55th, I never noticed it
@@davonte_bailey it's right next to East tech you can't miss it
Johnny DTW ohhh, I don’t know why I thought it was closer to broadway
What has become of it now? I would donate to a project like this.

K Slat What is a speakeasy?
A speakeasy was an secret illegal drinking club or den back in the prohibition days when the sale of alcohol was banned.
My family used to live there.

Hollie Gjoen for sure that would be cool! Thank you for asking. Let me know when you post it!
