There is no substitute to a human opponent in a dojo or street's. There is no substitute to a fight no matter how much you learn or train. Because the fighting instincts and awareness are developed only during fighting and those techniques are useful life long. So to gain the practical knowledge of fighting from any martial arts or fighting system in world one has to really struggle and act in the field because nothing comes out of luxury.
