I have trusted its resilience & been training more variety on this dummy. I slipped a coach mitt pad over the head now i can hit it & choke it without gi as well. And now I've pipe padded it so I can kick & knee it & lean against my bed post it comes back at me haha I have wrestling & jits dummies this dummy is also perfect for trap boxing & attacking the diff guards & trapping & entries & fun to light kick box with gloves because these arms adjust to stay or have give but not be too lose I LOVE THIS DUMMY should of bought 3 in case you stopped selling DARN!! ThaNKYOU so much for selling me one of these dummies. If you sell again ill be waiting. I have a friend id buy one for as well. Love this dummy a mini man its AWESOME!!
