Quick question: Does using delivery apps (door dash, etc.) count as "selling online" under the cottage laws? Also, is "delivery" limited to "through the mail" (USPS, UPS, etc.) or does using your own vehicle count if you are only planning on selling your goods locally?
Imagine your neighbor having all kinds of cars coming to their home to pick up food 😂. No you can not sell food out of your home using Door dash. Also catering licenses require a commercial kitchen.
@@rhitaakhardid5792 😂right?! Talk about the best way to draw a lot of attention to your home and get fined. Lol People cook out of their own kitchens for business all time for smaller gigs but they definitely do not use delivery apps. They prepare the food and drop it off or serve it themselves :)
It's amazing, isn't it? I love how you can use it to spark up ideas. Great video, by the way!
