Custom respray Grafite grey with black rims and covers.

Dellorto 13mm Carburettor
Drilled and filed intake.
Stock 93mm beltpulley for good accelleration for doing wheelies and stunts!
Making another video in a couple of days with all the trim on it and with better settings.. trying out the top speed and full throttle more.

How did you take out the engine from the frame to work only on it. The crank don't let me do it??
You need to twist it in a certain way. There are many guides online if you search for it

its acually toning film for cars and sutch. You can get them in black, red, blue and yellow i think at Biltema in sweden. then i just cut it with a razor into shape!

Jag renoverar en ciao i min källare men jag undrar hur svårt det är att hitta trimm delar? och om du har nån sida med lite delar bara till Ciao...
Finns överallt. Enklast är väl Cykelkraft.se dom har Ciao trim. Badsnake rör, 13mm förgasare, dragen plugg (obs måste ha 5mm till godo till kanten på rektangulären inne i blocket. Läs på om det. ) och en 63mm gjutgärnscyllinder (också kallad 70cc även om den är ca 66cc). Då går dom bra om man kan ställa in förgasaren bra.
Bor du nära Stockholm skulle jag rekomendera "Modd Och Rock" som är en liten affär nära vanadis som även säljer piaggio delar. Han har orginal delar till Ciao's och kan ta hem det mesta till bra priser. Han har dock inte trimm. Men Cykelkraft har otrevlig personal och dålig ordning på sitt lager så skulle inte köpa reservdelar därifrån, jag och vänner har fått fel delar av dom några gånger.
Okej bra att du säger just det om cykelkraft fär jag skulle just beställa därifrån men synd nog så bor jag inte såå nära Stockholm (Falun) så det är bit att åka...
Då är garanterat du nog inte så mkt val än att beställa från cykeltrafik.
Hmm synd, Nu idag fick jag och en kompis igång Pia som den kallas och som vanlig så är man stolt som fan!

tja mann, skulle du kunna förklara hur man fixar sitt intake?
jo, man klyver blocket och öppnar upp insugsporten, med en dremel. super viktigt är att man inte gör porten bredare än orginal, inte det minsta. Bara i höjd, alltså i samma riktning som veven roterar. om du breddar så börjar den dra tjyvluft och gå skit. när du dremmlat upp porten i höjdled kan du se strypnings "röret" i insugshålet och knacka ut det försiktigt. Sedan försöka dremmla en "tratt" in till öppningen. gäller att läsa på om du inte förstår, men viktigast av allt är att inte bredda överhuvud taget, ganska svårt att inte "komma åt" med dremmeln.

Im having some troubble with the inlet of the engine. There is not a good enough seal between the crankshaft and the inlet. Have to take apart the engine again and aluminiumweld it once and for all. It ran great whilt it was ok tho! Just learn to wheele it properly so ill return with a video of it running perfectly and on the backwheel in about a week :) cheers!

kasp050b Have run into problems with finding a good metal epoxy to hold up against the gasoline. So now im on the hunt for a new engine instead and a new crankshaft since the old one is pretty worn anyways! :) posting a new video right now of how it sits now anyways. A little backwheel practise,, although it dosent go fast at all atm and uses alot of fuel. So check it out! :)

Marcus Tjernström hello, my piaggio ciao wont speed over 30km/h even on downhill, and.the engine.just keeps screaming without accelerating,. I mean half throttle it can go 30km/h.too

is there no change in speed at all between half throttle and full throttle!?
All ciaos scream when doing top speed :D Mine sounds like it is going to explode! :P
Marcus Tjernström mine sounds like it has very short gear, like a bike going only first gear . it accelerates fast to 30km/h then keeps screaming, even downhilll won't speed up and engine feels like going to explode lol
i suspect transmission problem.
my brothers ciao, has slow acceleration, but at 30km/h it accelerates fast to 50-60 km/h
but mine is opposite :'(
any suggestion ?
+zombiedeutsch iff you put racing exhaust (up to 100€)it will go 45
or maybe u have ur throtle cable tightened or ur sprockets are too big buy lityle ones
