How To Do A STANDING CABLE CORE ROTATION | Exercise Demonstration Video and Guide

- The Standing Cable Core Rotation is a great core strengthening exercise. To get started:
1. Set the cable machine handle at chest level then grab the handle with both hands.
2. With the cable machine to your side, step away until the cable is tight.
3. Contract your core, keeping your hips square and arms straight, pull the weight across to the midline of your body.
4. Pause, then under control reverse the movement back to the beginning position.
5. Repeat reps on one side, then switch sides and repeat.

Is what you doing in the video the bodybuilding way or the martial art way, where you use it for power and speed of the torso
the video is demonstrating a more controlled time under tension variation of the movement, therefore is more conducive to strength building, rather than martial arts

I am trying to come out of a deficit and go into maintenance calories and im not sure if i am supposed to keep my percentages the same witch is 20 crb 40 pro and 40 fat . or when i raise my calories do i change the percentages? .i got these percentages off your website and i love them they have helped alot thank you but now i must move to maintence just wondering if you could help.
I'd keep the % the same if it's working for you.
Does brad follow 20%carb 40 protien and 40 fat even in maintenance calories ? Or is that just for a deficit?
Yes, roughly. But would also do it if I was in a deficit.
