I also want to live alone and cook like that. I can't cook when my family members are with me, I don't know why. Maybe I feel pressured. I wish I can be like her someday
dude what.... she eats normally, I don't want to diagnose you through the internet but maybe you eat too little so your metabolism shut down?? that happened to me too. I used to eat so little and never touch fatty, greasy fried/ deep fried stuff like fried chicken or pasta and back then I gain weight so easily. I literally gain weight eating porridge lmao then I stop doing that and eats normally and now I lose 10 kg (60kg to 50kg), I'm around 49kg in the morning and around 50kg at night.
@@ohhimark6864 she’s pretty skinny and considering her bmr, it is still a lot of food. Maybe she has a lot of muscle mass, a very high metabolism (not the case with most population) or genetically she doesn’t have tendency to gain weight. It’s good for her that she doesn’t gain any weight but there’s no way a normal person can eat like that and not gain weight. Pls don’t spread wrong things

I think it's because she moves a lot and has a normal appetite/blood sugar. People usually look at vlogs like this and think to themselves "Why can't I stay thin like her even though I eat less?" but usually, they overeat and don't notice it. She cooks at home so her meals are significantly lower in calories and much more healthier. Americans eat huge portions of calorie dense foods, don't move that much and don't even cook at home.
Also like sena said Americans over eat you really don’t have to eat three meals a day you can have one and still have healthy/non-healthy snacks at least that’s what my family’s done since I was a little my dad was just told by the doctor that he was overweight for his size it’s because he was eating breakfast bowls and lots of salty things lastly for me I dance a lot plus I’m an athlete but I haven’t practiced in months and I’m her size

That persimmon is ripen in Korean style that we call it Hongsi. It is ripen for long time in winter that it turns really soft that inside turns into almost like liquid. She ate the frozen one but if it was in room temperature, she could've just made a small hole and drank the persimmon out of it.
guys I see all these comments saying that it shows how lazy we are or how we would want to live her life, I say instead of just looking at this video and doing no action whatsoever take this as a motivation to start making changes in your daily routine, little by little, you and me can work this laziness out and can be more productive even if you don't believe me start now, because in the future you'll regret you didn't start today.

Well. If it helps, I started living alone not long ago, and I tried planning my meals so I can know for sure what I'm gonna use (as you said, to not waste food). I have time so I buy few things each time (I go once every three days), but if you're busy, it may be inconvenient. Also, you can freeze the food that is close to expire. I hope it helped in any way 🤗

I think it's because she moves a lot and has a normal appetite/blood sugar. People usually look at vlogs like this and think to themselves "Why can't I stay thin like her even though I eat less?" but usually, they overeat and don't notice it. She cooks at home so her meals are significantly lower in calories and much more healthier. Americans eat huge portions of calorie dense foods, don't move that much and don't even cook at home.

That persimmon is ripen in Korean style that we call it Hongsi. It is ripen for long time in winter that it turns really soft that inside turns into almost like liquid. She ate the frozen one but if it was in room temperature, she could've just made a small hole and drank the persimmon out of it.

honestly im so confused how people go grocery shopping and store food without it going to waste ):
Well. If it helps, I started living alone not long ago, and I tried planning my meals so I can know for sure what I'm gonna use (as you said, to not waste food).
I have time so I buy few things each time (I go once every three days), but if you're busy, it may be inconvenient.
Also, you can freeze the food that is close to expire.
