What could/should get nerfed in a potential upcoming patch?

    I think you’re right on the money with a lot of these. Paladin feels completely fine, it’s a strong deck but not too unfair. I have the bad feeling they will bump Sonya to 5 mana and call it a day. Crescendo will probably go to 3, I doubt they will revert the whole sludge package.

    I really hope they don't nerf pupil but the thing is, I think some classes would use it at 2 mana. I think nerf what makes it stronger if they can.

      Agree with that, think the problem isn't pupil in itself but the broken cards that should never be seen as more of a 2 off

    Crescendo bothers me the most. Feels disgusting to play vs this deck. Popgar nerf makes sense to hit both Insanity and Pain.
    Break dance to 2 makes sense. Card gives giga value.
    In Druid you could nerf New Heights to give 2 max mana instead of 3. Flowerchild and Doomkin -1 health.
    Handbuff Pali has deserved a nerf for a while. Not sure what. Give something less health I guess.
    Injured Overhauler is too hard to kill at 7 health for 3 mana. Either put it at 4 or move to 6 health.
    I dont have a problem beating DK decks. Maybe something super strong will emerge still. Right now feels ok. Buff the destroy a location card to 4 health if needed. Would love to use that card against Priest if they make a come back :P

      Druid ramp untouched could be a problem if unnerfed next patch. Druid gonna be king once again predicted. I know, really going out on a limb here.

      Hey, thanks a lot for the kind comment! This sif mage list looks clean, don't think the list is that bad but it'll really struggle against faster otk decks once you reach higher ranks. Good luck on the climb though!

    I hope they nerf sonya by 1 or even 2/3 mana. I love the sonya deck and would like it to still exist, even if it's not good. Nerfing breakdance seems like it would totally kill the deck

    If they nerf Sonya then they really need to buff Maestra and Eudora. Because if they just nerf Sonya into the ground and do no buffs, Rogue will completely die as a class and it will have no archetype whatsoever. Rogue is already at the very bottom according to win percentage and that’s mainly due to the fact that the only archetype is insanely difficult to pilot and pretty much only pros have consistent success with it.
    I think they need to drastically reduce the cost of Maestra and Eudora as they both require you to play cards after they are played to get full value. I have no idea wtf blizzard was thinking putting these two legendaries that require setup after the fact at 6 mana in a meta where it’s basically GG a lot of the time by turn six with other decks. Eudora should be something along the lines of 3 mana 2/3 and Maestra could easily be a 4 mana 4/3 seeing as how the cheapest hero card at 5 mana is guff allowing you to play it on your next turn. The reason why Eudora needs to be in the 2-3 mana range is because it requires so much setup in order to extract value. You have to play 2 non-rogue class cards which means you have to generate them with other cards typically. Then you have to have time to play at least one of the two treasures you get from completing Eudora’s quest which is going to cost you depending on which treasures you choose etc. If they make these changes it will go a long way towards making thief rogue viable and the new legendaries actually playable. Rogue just dies if they don’t do this.

      @@TicTacHS The only archetypes they seem to be printing cards for when it comes to rogue are thief support and we got some wishing well support as well (which is basically thievery as well). Those archetypes are absolutely terrible from the standpoint of it being dependent on cheap random card/minion generation from other classes.
      Don’t get me wrong, it can be fun excavating a bunch of random 1 mana cards or wishing for random 1 mana legendaries but it’s not a competitive strategy at all. That’s why the popular “miracle” rogue deck has almost nothing to do with “thievery” of other class cards. Outside of stuck up, there really isn’t much thievery going on as your focus is on drawing your key minions and going infinite with sonya/scoundrel/tidepool. They seem to want to make thievery (generating a bunch of random class cards that cost discounted mana) rogue’s main archetype but then they go and print Eudora which is a thievery archetype payoff at 6 mana killing the potential payoff that card could bring. The archetype is already not competitive as you have to rely on random bullshit to get lucky and win, now they are making a payoff card way too expensive to even be played. I don’t understand what they are thinking!

    I think they gonna nerf pupil so they will think overheal priest will be hit , whereas there is a decklist of maxiebon that play without pupils

      It's actually been popping up here and there recently, it might be a real deck but isn't refined enough imo atm to be called a real control deck

      I hope that miniset will bring balance, instead of nerfing every playable meta deck to an unplayable average deck 😅

      @@kerimbendov5017Thing is the meta at top legend is extremely polarised right now, nerfing 2/3 decks isn’t nerfing the entire meta, mostly just nerfing the big outliers. Totally agree though I’d love to see some new cards and new archetypses

      a 1 mana get another copy of any spell in your deck makes it pretty easy to abuse, of course any deck with strong spells will find a way to get a lot out of it
