I like it very much, but I don't understand the 4x legendary enchantment without having a card draw engine (kitsa isn't in the dech tech). Also the otter lord dies to everything, especially nowhere to run and cut down. In my list I run 8 1mana spells instead of floodcaller and memory for an otter prowess approach
I agree at first glance it's a strange inclusion, but I bet he just wanted a cheap enchantment that draws cards to have a renewable (bounce) draw effect. I don't think he had any better choices.
It's a one rare deck that uses a graveyard and field loop mechanic vs drawing. The bounce mechanics are basically a draw 2 BUT with the modality of it bouncing your opponents stuff.
That last game epitomizes why I uninstalled Arena. Even if you can deal with mono-red nonsense, Omniscience is just plain stupid. Love your content, though! Thanks for everything you do.
