Thanks for your very thorough review! It helped me with a lot of research and prior knowledge before going to the dealer. You're pretty close too, as I grabbed mine in Pittsburgh. I picked up my gravity grey turbo this weekend! So far so good, love it!
I'm in SW Pa, and I just bought a used 2013 Kia Soul. Mine had NO extra tire or donut tire even. It had a pump that would hopefully get you close to a place to get a new tire. I don't drive out of town much anyway. Plus, me change a tire? Not likely. I LOVE my car though, it has a sunroof and some extras, the backup camera no longer works BUT I could pay to have it fixed IF I wanted to. It is an upgrade to my Scion XA that I wrecked, (after 12 years of ownership from buying it new) BUT, I LOVED my Scion XA also. These cars Kia Soul) have lottsa room in them, mine had 2 headrests in back and the 2020 has 3 of them. I do NOT use my bluetooth, but, my car has it IF I did want to use it. I don't like everyone in the car hearing my phone conversation anyway. It has cruise control, BUT, I'd rather be alert and keep track of my speed myself. MIne is NOT a Turbo, BUT, it hauls butt up the mountain with NO problem at all. My little Scion would take alot of effort to make it up the same mountain, BUT, it DID have a smaller motor, my current Soul has a 2.0 motor, BUT, it is full of gusto. IF I WANTED, I could get the Sirius radio, BUT, no thanks, I have enough CD;s and I can deal with just having radio. mine shows the temperature outside. These are nice cars. I would like the feature that lets you get turn by turn directions to a place. I do NOT have a smart phone, I have a (caveman phone) flip phone, BUT, I should get a smart phone anyway. This 2020 Kia Soul is very nice, BUT, this model is too high tech for me. I just bought my 2013 Kia Soul last month, so, I will be using it for a VERY long time, BUT, these are great cars. Mine has an "eco" mode, BUT, I think that is mostly for trips, NOT short hops. That "blind spot" warning would be a great thing to have, the Soul does have some big pillars in the back, and it COULD lead to an accident IF you do NOT see a car at a certain area in the back and side of you. In mine, there is a warning about taking corners too fast, since they are a bit taller than many cars are, and you are warned to not make any fast and sudden movement for fear of the car turning over. My Scion could do corners fast with NO problem, BUT, I just simply slow down at sharp corners, After my wreck I do NOT want to go too fast anyway. This is NOT a big problem if you are NOT going too fast though. Mine has a feature to have lighting go along with the music BUT, it doesn't work, it does work on the "mood" setting though. Anyway, very nice car. Maybe when I can buy a new car, a LONG time from now, I'll get a new Kia Soul, IF they still make them then.
@@larrylong9367 Thanks, but, I'm still trying to save for my new Kia Soul. I hope they still are making them by the time I can buy one. Mine only has about 76,000 miles on it. And it's still doing great (knock on wood) so, I have more time to save. With the cost of everything I can only save a bit at a time.
Awesome, glad your still doing these video reviews, your so good at it and very knowledgeable. Only issue is your not at an auto show as Kia headquarters spokesperson. You'll get there girl, keep these videos up they'll have to pay attention ✌❤
First car was a 2012 Soul base, and never in my life would I have thought Hyundai and Kia would just slap a turbo in their cars for the hell of it. This is kind of a neat looking car. Needs a little more power but man, a different exhaust and a bigger turbo, you could catch some people off guard with a Soul now lmao.
I’m very interested in buying this car is there any way you could measure the opening of the trunk to see how big it is I sometimes have to transport a dishwasher in the box and was wondering if it would fit in this Kia
Thanks for watching! The opening is wider and lower than previous models, but I do not have exact measurements handy. We'll do our best to get them to you!
I had one more question on the gt line turbo model they come with red striping on the sides near the side skirt area are thoes red accents painted on or are they like a sticker/decal same goes for the stripe on the lower part of the front bumper when I buy the car I want to get a white one and color match thoes stripes to the white exterior
@@Smailkia I'm looking at the base model LX with the stick shift right now, planning to test drive it. I heard a lot of great things about it from enthusiast standpoint
No Soul turbo model is sold in Canada thumbs down to Kia on that moronic decision. Canada gets all show NO GO for 40 thousand Canadian what a Rip off add 1.99 ARP is still a joke
Great review...awesome car. The Soul still looks great...I like the evolution of the design. Keep it up!
What I like about the box-like Vehicles is they look like it’s small on the inside, but it’s actually really comfortable and Spacious on the inside.
I like how there's no Bull or Fluff you just show the whole car one thing at a time at a steady pace 👍
@Sad Toast was going to say the same thing! Very few subjective comments from her 👍🏽

Nice job! Love your pacing and your voice

The best review ever for the soul. Keep going and do the Sorento
Thanks for watching! We have done a few other Kia reviews.. we will try to do the Sorento!
An excellent, comprehensive, and informative video! Four thumbs up 👍 👍👍👍!
Thank you, Kevin! You know what's better than four thumbs up? FIVE thumbs up!
'Comprehensive' YES !!

@@dwarfer2309 Awesome! We're sorry we couldn't get those for you
Has anyone had issues with the transmission hesitating in normal mode? I've seen some reviewers not thrilled with the turbo lag on this model.
@Tri-State Weather
It’s normal for dual-clutch transmission to act that way under low speed.
That happen because of its mechanical design.
YEWS BUT I EXPECT THAT IN NORMAL MODE
I Wished The 2.0L Will Have A Turbo Which Will Make It Faster On All Trims, But The 1.6 Turbo Is The Fastest!
New Kensington??? Really surprised to see that..LOL I lived in Creighton and worked in New Ken many many years ago.
Great Video on Kia Soul- wish your dealership were closer😬
Really fantastic review.
Thank you, Chad!
How big a deal would it have been to let the rear seats lie completely flat, like on my 20-year-old Pontiac Vibe???
Wow she is great haha. Best review on a car I have ever watched.
Thanks a lot!
I enjoy your review
Thanks!
Can’t get weather to load on mine
Maybe try to reset it, or take it into your local dealer for a reset!
Nice review
Thank you!
I wish it came with a manual then I would get one
That would be fun! But, you do have the option to shift manually with the paddle shifters

Very nice review young lady
Is anybody else obsessed with Angelique like me? 😃 Another great review from you thank you! 🙏🏽
good video...
Angelique should make her own UA-cam channel 🤔🤔
I made it 11 minutes in..It's trying to be like a VW GTI but it's simply not...the designers are just not as good.
