- Lori Vallow's niece and her new husband showed up to court in a custody battle with her ex-husband who claims the niece knows where Vallow's missing children are, something the niece's lawyers deny.
If my aunts children were missing and my aunt was covering that up I would NOT be living next door. They are all mixed up in this together.
No kidding, and how convenient for them that EVERYONE ELSE "gets" to die, except them. (They go to Hawaii, get hair extensions, and go island hopping.)

Dad may have saved his kids lives by not returning them. If they felt the need to get rid of two children then no child was safe. I fully support dad on this situation.
Or....this dad is doing exactly what the other woman has done, refused to be accountable for the whereabouts of two kids. Refusing to show up to court seems to run in this extended family.

Way too many dead bodies around this family and he should do whatever it takes to protect his kids. Yeah, Melanie hasn't been charged YET. @@hiwall4883 All I'm saying is that the courts haven't been able to make Lori produce the missing kids, and way too much death surrounding this family including the threat on Brandon's life. If I were in his shoes I wouldn't wait for the extremely slow judicial system, I'd protect myself and my children and get as far away as I could from those people. Lori may be in custody but her niece is obviously her mini-me.

I think Lori's brother Alex first helped her to get rid of her ex husband Charles, and then helped her to kill her children. I also believe Melanie was involved.
Lori probably promised her brother a lots of money which she was hoping to get from her ex-husband's insurance policy, but she didn't know he changed it to his sister, because he knew Lori was crazy and dangerous.
Her brother Alex probably got angry cause there was no money so he threatened to tell everything to the police, so she had to silence him too.
Now, Alex is dead, she is not talking and they don't have any evidence.... I just hope they will find a way to charge her with a murder
CJ Hunter, would you state what perfect country you reside in ? It has nothing to do with the legal system as it all takes time. Unfortunately it's not a situation that there is any time to spare as this cult appearantly kills and if the children are alive, the time would be ticking. I have a feeling that both are unfortunately dead however. I am actually one that was at Yellowstone that exact day on the 8th. and during the week with my childhood friend who both our families are from the UK (however he now lives in Perth Australia) . It was his first time to America so we went on holiday there. We did capture video footage of both children during seperate times but not together , Lori in both video segments, 2 hours 14 minutes apart at two locations of the park. There is a adult male in the video with Kylee but not the part with JJ. We sent all this to the FBI with the exact 2 locations and exact times both videos was taken. There still is the question who the adult male is that was with Kylee and Lori, we have no idea. The area we seen her was not in a area of public cameras and at a time the park was not even opened yet.
Matt and I arrived just after 12:30 a.m. (half past midnight) on the morning of the 8th. ) parking and sleeping in the truck untill they opened as it was to late to get the hotel room and when we woke up and explored looking over the river taking a video is when the unidentifiable male, Lori and Kylee was in the video. We don't want to put the exact spot in public now before the FBI can search this area but it is indeed bothering both Matt and I strongly so we have been checking for news updates. It is bothering all of you all well not knowing where they are as well. It was through our Yellowstone videos the police have made contact. We are still going through still photos however. we want these children found if not more than any of the public as this is haunting us knowing we were in the location but not knowing of the situation at the time which angers both of us. But don't blame the American government as they are really trying their best to resolve this. The one thing that is bringing Matt and I Peace of mind is Kylee being spotted by two first responders at some concert. We sincerely hope and pray that is the case with hopes they are still alive. In regards to where JJ is seen on video, that spot is recorded by the park itself so the park does have that video also, we just provided the time for them to check their cameras as well and sent them our proof.

* An offshot of a larger, established religious group.
* Members relatively keep to themselves & do not widely associate with "outsiders."

That's what I'm wondering. She was just in jail for trespassing on her new husband's property or families property and while she was in jail her husband told the police that she told him she tried to have her ex husband killed for his life insurance policy and now she is out of jail and the same husband who told the police about her confession and had her put in jail for trespassing is by her side and holding her hand like nothing ever happened. I bet her expensive lawyer told the judge and the cops that her husband made up the entire confession story and that she also lied about knowing where the kids are 🤦 but what I don't understand is lying to the police and a judge is a crime and Chad, Melanie and her new husband have been caught in so many lies and none of them are getting in trouble. I'm not religious but the religion aspect is a red herring here. This is a classic case of murder based on pure untrammeled greed and sex - wanting exes and kids out of the way and killing for life insurance. It's an old, old story of being in debt as Lori and her new husband are and seeing the way out as cashing in on life insurance. Lori is on her fifth husband. She was a nasty, mercenary wackjob LONG before she got into the cult. Vallow was just her latest mark and I think so similar in personality and immorality to Lori they just escalated into even more criminal activity together in their shared arrogance. The cult just adds an extra layer of wacky, stupid shit and insular thinking to the mess.

We have Lori, on video non-reacting to her estranged husband's murder, even making light of it in joking about having just moved to that neighborhood, throwing a pool party hours later, and notifying the son regarding the death thru text. For me that was more than enough evidence to recognized this woman is certainly capable of killing children. Looking into her eyes you can see a void of humanity. Similar to Richard Ramirez void.

Father is doing the right thing. Courts are no help in situations like this, the laws are all about the biological parents rights. You need a costly lawyer and a lot of evidence to terminate visitation and custody. Some parents find themselves having to go above the law to protect their kids. I wish this father all the best!
