I wonder how long the Daybell children will continue to believe their dad had nothing to do with any of this. It breaks my heart for Tammy that they are not there as representatives for her.
They betrayal of their mother is a disgrace. If my father had married a woman weeks after my mother died I would be horrified and go to the police myself asking them to investigate. Then they find out Chad planned a wedding, bought rings and wedding clothes before their mother was even dead yet still defend him is disgusting. Lori’s poor children’s bodies are found on your dead mother’s land yet they still defend Chad. Disgraceful.

The "clicking sound" is the Court Reporter inputting the verbal words for the Court Record.
Also all the press in the court room as they are allowed to type not film. They mentioned the sound of typing to be distracteding

When reporters had said that JJ's service dog was given back, that's when I knew the children were dead.
I have raised and trained service dogs for over a decade for an organization called Canine Companions. Fully trained service dogs are worth approximately $50,000, and the disabled individual and their family go through intense training before they take the dog home.
Often times, the dog becomes like a family member. So this is why it was so highly unusual to see a dog like that given away like trash.
Just like her children. Exceedingly sad.
The only trash in this story is Lori and Chad

The updates from the Idaho News reporter's notes said she looked at the detective but showed no emotion when he was testifying about the horrific conditions of the bodies especially Tylees.

@@beewalk34 What I saw, on East Idaho News, before their lunch break after several graphic photos and details had been presented said "Lori appears to show no emotion during any of the photo presentations". Then after I left my earlier comment, I read that all of a sudden after lunch her attorney asked the judge to exclude her from the courtroom for the afternoon because of the additional graphic details that would be presented and that then she had red eyes and appeared to be crying. By late afternoon the East Idaho News entry said during earlier breaks, she smiled and laughed with attorneys, but this break she was quiet and saying nothing. Glad I didn't see any of the pictures presented in that afternoon session. The descriptions were horrific enough.

They're looking at the possibility of the complete destruction of their earthly family and what it means for their eternity.

From what I recall, the judge wouldn't allow cameras due to graphic content during the trial. Maybe there wasn't room to allow them and conceal that content or disrupt the court.

Yes, always, then those notes must remain in the jury’s room at the Courthouse. Most times they are allowed to go home at night, however they are warned, not to talk about, read about, or watch anything about the trial.
When they trial part is done, they are sent back to their room, they do not get to go home until after they finalize their verdict. When I was a juror, we were in that room for ten hour days, then escorted to a hotel to sleep, all meals were brought into the jury’s room. The next morning we started the process all over again.

Apparently it is due to some of the evidence being graphic. I’m sure it will literally be described to us in detail, so, this Judge should really reconsider…Perhaps he’s camera shy??? I know I’m not going to watch all of this with the terrible cartoon drawings, maybe that is what the Judge is hoping for, if that’s it, then we know where his thoughts are about this case…

The death penalty is off the table in Lori's case. That was ruled on by the judge a few weeks ago. Life in prison I guess would be the max she could get.
It’s a good thing, folks, she would have pleaded out to avoid the death penalty, and sometimes that results in way too short a sentence. The jury will hopefully recommend life and the judge follow that. Obviously she is a danger to the public.
