It seems as if many of them are frustrated and vent it out on men who they think are below them like this security guard or in another case of cab driver. It is shameful to even Imagine, that this very gentleman at some stage in his life, being an ex-army, was ready to even give up life for this kind of people. And this is what he gets in return for his service.
His stuation is not result of only that abusive woman,it's because of entire country that made such absurdly gender-biased laws. If it wasnt being recorded she would've likely put a harassment case on him...and media would be celebrating his arrest.
I want to highlight two points:
1. At 8:12 she says how could you raise a 'danda' on a woman but raising a 'danda' on a man is right according to her and that too two times. This is want annoys me that there is only equality for woman side but when it comes to men we are back to the old thought system.
2. She referred him as a 'Guard with no aukat' but before been a guard he was a 'Indian Army Soldier' how could you ignore this fact and the respect that a soldier receives is incomparable just because he is now a guard you forget all his contributions, all his sacrifices he made.This really highlight the mentality of a so called 'teacher'. I just hope she is not a moral science a teacher in that school.
One more point to be observe that are there no job options for ex-serviceman soldiers to do a job except being a kept as a guard who is such highly trained and done one of the most difficult jobs and after retirement he is doing a job of a guard. We should bring out more job opportunity so that they could work at a much good location so that people could respect their contribution and just don't insult them by saying 'aukat' ant etc words. I hope you understand my intensions and my view point.

This incident raises worries about the students she taught in the school, students are not safe if a teacher with this kind of attitude is pulled by a teacher.
In the video she threatens to take the guard to police station but in the interview she said she's afraid of police and hence doesn't go to the police which contracts her behavior.
I'm also an animal lover and I feed stray dogs daily, but the way she handled it is totally wrong. No human deserves to be talked down upon regardless of their profession and abused the way she did.
