The 2023 and up Wildtrak has the Hoss 3.0 suspension package, its fox Internal bypass 2.5 with piggyback reservoirs. The Braptor has the Hoss 4.0 package, that’s Live 3.1s with IBP.
Nice comparison. I think if you do a lot of off-roading, rock crawling, the Raptor is the one to have. Otherwise, the Wildtrak or Badlands like I own is perfectly fine.
IMO, real off-roaders should go for lower trims since you will upgrade everything anyway. Higher trims are for people just getting into it, that have money, and wanna hit the trails without mods. Like me.
Terribly misleading video title… should be labelled “ why you should buy a Raptor instead of a upgrading a regular Bronco” Not a single real reason to pick a Wildtrak over a Raptor. Here’s several: A Raptor will physically not fit on many narrow Jeep trails ( Bronco just fits) A Raptor is 1,000 pounds heavier. 15MPG combined for Raptor, 18MPG combined for Wildtrak Expensive replacement tires for Raptor. Wildtrak, with 2.5 Fox shocks ( instead of the Raptor 3.1 shocks) will still comfortably hit the speed governor on a dirt road. Wildtrack gives you 90% of the Raptors capability at 65% of the price.
Good luck building your own Raptor, honestly, good luck!
So glag i bought a Bronco Raptor after watching your video. Thank you so much!
I love my 24 Wildtrak!
Great informative video!
You are so right hit the nail on the head that’s why I bought the bronco raptor best vehicle on the road out of the box
Really great points here... Most guys do not think past larger tires
Current Bronco Wildtrak comes with 3.0 diameter shocks, not 2.5!
Prove it.
The Wildtrac comes with the Hoss 3.0 and the new Brapter have the Hoss 4.0 if I’m correct.
