The bulk of this video focuses on Diffuse Pulmonary Fibrosis. He does say that he does not go into other diseases in detail since the effects are similar, but if you are looking for an overview of restrictive diseases I suggest watching from 45:00-End

I found the entire lecture very interesting. However, I do have Idiopathic interstitial pulmonary fibrosis, so I would say that, wouldn't I.
