I concur on the trifecta of great camper videos. I also follow Vic aka Down by the River, he does a ton of backcountry boondocking in MT, ID, WY and even ventures down to CO
Nothing better than taking the pooches out in the boonies, especially when you don't have to worry about snakes. My little terrier mix gets mean when the prairie dogs go 'wahoo' and starts digging like a mad woman. The GSD could care less, unlrss it is her size or bigger.

Back in the camper, YES! You should be able to run your microwave with 2K inverter and I don't know about you but I never run the micro for more than a couple minutes. You really should go lithium though, it is much more cost effective than lead acid these days, not to mention performance. Was that your pee tank at the beginning? Thanks for sharing :)
I received that battery I have now in a trade and it works for now but I have been looking at lithium and the brand I want is out of stock currently. I don’t doubt that I can run the micro but I’m worried about running out of battery before morning haha. That is my diesel tank for the diesel heater haha. I ended up putting a “diesel only” sticker on it because I figured people might think is was a pee jug haha.
@@worklessenjoylifemore What do you use over night that takes electricity? You are in the land of sun and 400W of solar now should charge that battery pretty fast. You could just use the micro when it's sunny. I'm thinking of getting a second 300AH lithium just because the worst case scenario for me is getting good solar power when my battery is already full. Thought about a hot water heater even just in case that happens. Almost like a solar water battery.
@@airlandsea you are right, especially during the day. But it’s still a new system and I’m just worried about running the battery too low at night with the fridge. Plus I like to watch tv until 11 or midnight lol. My internet also runs 24 hours a day.
