Do you have any advice for someone who wants to come to Dubai and start a consultating firm(your thoughts on Saudi and how they’re looking for the future too)I’m 18 ( from South Africa) and finishing school and have read a lot of business books and watched countless videos on the topic I also business coach local businesses for free for experience. So would you recommend I come to Dubai after school and just try grow my business get clients who want to get bigger better(definitely not the culture in South Africa)or go to Uni and work and save to eventually start later in life.
Uni is a waste of time if you want to become an entrepreneur. You should build your consulting company online and move to Dubai when you earn at least 20.000$ monthly in profit. You can get in touch with me

Interesting video. So you can be anywhere, but you still want your friends and family around you? Yeah, that just the way it is.
I could do with a break though, so being alone for a while isn't an issue.
After working for a little while in Dubai, and having been gone for a few years, I was happy to leave when I left, but I'm planning to head back (God willing) in few months time. I'm looking around and It seems like the best location at the moment. Safety, good weather, clean etc, etc. Where else compares? As a base, it's well connected and most other places are not far.
Dubai's stated aim is to be the best city in the world. I think Dubai will change over time as more people make it their home....so I guess having a bit of real estate there may be a good plan and the prices are already increasing.

I have been here for 4 days, arrived from the UK for the first time in Dubai, and I can confirm, I agree with every point already.
Safe, fun, beautiful weather with ample of opportunities. But on the flip side, fake people, all about money, does get lonely if alone, and summer heat is like sauna.
For what it’s worth, it’s a great opportunity.
Maybe seems like Miami.. Superficial... Materialist.. But Miami is Latino too... So maybe It is easier To get connected with other people... For a cultural matter....😉😉
