    I heard there's a direct link between trace minerals and mental health. Doesn't that imply there's a fair chance that some of the gender confusion could be caused by the deficiency of so many crucial minerals that many people today don't receive?

      Look in Major Minerals. Not in trace minerals. You got them mixed up.

      @@bryanspicer90 Zinc is a trace mineral, so you will find it halfway through this video. Magnesium should be in the video labeled Major Minerals.
