Rwanda takes over leadership of EAPCCO from Burundi

The Chief of Police of Burundi, Brigadier General Ninteretse Joseph, emphasized that Rwanda's takeover of the leadership of EAPCCO shows that the organization will continue to expand and fulfill its duties in promoting regional security.
He said, 'As I hand over the authority today, I am proud to leave this position in capable hands. I am confident that the region will achieve great things during this period of EAPCCO leadership.
