Howdy Mr Tony. Appreciate another good video. Hope your finding sunshine and dry roads out here. Not me got shut down because of a ice storm yesterday. Come on SPRING. safe travels. Peace
I appreciate what you do. Just watched a video of Chinese food suppliers using contaminated (I’m talking mineral oil, coal, sewage, hazardous waste etc) tankers to transport consumer goods.
@@TheTourettesTrucker yes sir , it’s good pay ,won’t argue that, I am forced to do liquid tanker once in a blue moon, I did it for years, but I love my food grade pneumatic 👍✝️ But haz mat does pay the truck very well so I can’t blame ya,
@@TheTourettesTrucker ok! Obviously can’t block your view which is primary importance but kinda was limiting video view. Hopefully you found a compromise!
Eeyeaaahhh... Well gosh buddy, I have some food for thought... Have you ever considered exactly what you were walking in as you tromped around the trailer. How many hazmat fluids were on the ground, then you stepped into your truck and contaminated that too...
I got out right before that ice hit. I did get some rain once I got the lower side. I went down us 82broutebthrough Mississippi to avoid freezing rain 🤣🤣
I believe a food grade is less. I had a few food grades before and were only about $200 but have had a chemical with a chemical nicknamed "snot" they use in oil wells and water treatment plants as a filter aid and those can go for around $600 to clean. With that product, water just seems to amplify the product so you need to steam it for an hour or more to break it down and let it run out. After that extremely hot water wash is needed.
Depending on the product that you had, it can take between 15 minutes to 4 hours to wash. The spinner head drops in the top dome lid and spins 360° spraying the appropriate cleaner. It can be just a cold or hot water flush, a detergent wash, a caustic wash , or a steam them wash.
I think everyone should subscribe to this channel.he definitely takes pride in what he does.keep up the videos like watching them.
Thank you very much for the watch and kind words
I was trying to figure out for the longest if that was a man or a women 😅

Looks like the tanker is more work but you seem to be enjoying it and that's what matters. Stay safe out there!
Yes ma'am. It's rough on a truck and body pulling a tank but I know it better and pays better

Nice truck man
Thanks much and thanks for stopping by the channel
What happens if you have some plutonium residue leftover in the bottom of the tanker ?🤣😂🤣😂😵💫
You go home looking like a glow stick. Lol
@@TheTourettesTrucker glowing green like your truck 😂🤣
Food grade pneumatic is way better than that nasty chemical liquid jazz👍✝️ no chemical suit, no sloshing
Yes so true. I just know there is great money here at this company with chemicals. I grossed about 260k in 2020 with 3 months off.

Did you recently reposition the dash cam as thought it used to show less of the blockage by visor/etc which cuts off close to half the front view?
Yes. I just moved it again as well. I want more camera view but not block my visibility

What kind of chemicals do you haul?
We haul a BUNCH of caustic soda. That's our primary
When I was at MTL we even hauled human waste..

What is the price of a Food Grade vs Chemical wash out?

And a kosher wash is in middle of those..
bro cleaning chemical tanker is dangerous for workers or what?
It can be if it was an inhalation hazard product
@@TheTourettesTrucker i saw people in my city doing this job and it is chemical but they don't use mask or something.
How long does it take, and is it like a car wash ....
