Hi Kyle, from the start I thought this is a magnificent album. It is like a piece of art. You speak fondly of it, you love it, it is unique, you did what you wanted to do ... well, everything sounds priceless to me. I think you must be proud of it and enjoy it abundantly. You truly put YOUR stamp on your stamp collection. I am also struck by those beautiful 'bling' metal and holographic stamps. I think the extra pages you are going to remove is going to make some space for closing the album more easily. ... Anyway, enough ranting. I enjoyed this show. Thanks!
Don´t be so critical to yourself. You like the album and this is the most important. There is no binding rule. I change my collection more and more to big stock cards. This is not perfect at all, but it is a lot of fun to sort them into it and to remove the albums. Flexibility was the key. Everyone can sort the collection with own rules. There is nothing wrong with it. By the way: There are lot´s of beautiful stamps in your album. It looks great.
Thanks, I do tend to judge things I've done. I guess I am just trying to assess the "best" way to do things in the future but you're right, it's just not that critical. Having fun is the most important thing and I do love the album. I appreciate the kind words! All the best to you.
Thanks for the video, Kyle! Throughout this whole process, some of us have learned so much with you. I love watching and learning from his awesome unique album.
You may have created the most unique stamp album in the world, there is something for everyone in that collection, very nice. Hey, since your removing pages you might want to try glassine sheets between the pages, I use those in albums where stamps face each other. Comes in rolls and pre-cut, will protect your stamps, sheets are pretty thin, hate to see damage. Just a thought.
The foil stamps are super cool. Haven’t encountered those yet…
I love those!
Your stamps, your rules. Your album is cool and unique. Cherish it for what it is.
Thanks man!
