for anybody confused about the glitchy sounds here (1:18), this is part of an intended game mechanic. at the beginning of the game, at the starting cutscene, behind a blue house you can find a red circle that teleports you far outside the map's boundaries. what i'm assuming happened here is that the neighbor hit that red circle and got teleported hundreds of miles away, and i find that kinda funny.

first u need push ability then toy rifle then try to push neighbor into your house if u push him wait until he stand up after he stand up shot him 1 shot then he will jump is means that hes stuck u can make him enter you house either i hope this helps:D

to get toy rifle u need four peice of cakes and four mannequins if u find all of these go to the party room then put the cakes on the dishes then put mannequins thats all good luck:D
