In the first draft of the video I left the part when everything but the model is being thrown away haha You don't need the dead weight of the gaming material if you don't game 😅
Absolutely amazing job on the painting and basing! I got so scared when you started to dirty it up but you hit just the right amount of gritty. Not sure if editing magic or not but did you really do base colors in a single coat? If so that and you skill to apply it that evenly is outstanding! What paint's do you use?
Thanks a lot ! That's the magic of oil washing. Apply... too much... on purpose ! Let it dry and clean it up with mineral spirits. For the white armor, there is a first grey layer done with the airbrush, so considering I consistently go over the already covered area, I don't know it we can consider it ONE layer haha. Followed by a pure white highlight with the airbrush. The green panels are done in one layer with a brush. Good quality paint will do that even when thinned just enough. Regarding the paints, There's coat d'arms and vallejo mostly. plus some cheapo oils.
Many thanks ! Regarding the colors used On top of my head I can't remember but looking at picture it seems to be AK Interactive Grey primer then highlighted with white for the main armor. I don't stock grey paints so the dark grey parts of the armor are most likely a mix of black and white. Then for the oil wash i simply mix Black and burnt amber together to get a dark brown. That's all I can remember right now. Now for the model itself. It's the Thunderjaw coming from the Horizon Zero dawn board game made by Steamforged games.
@@Kshatriya-bz8dd I'll try to check if I still have the video rush during the week-end. If I do, I should be able to find the colour in question. All I can say is, I fairly certain it's a Coats d'arms paint.
Opens expansion box, throws away all the useless cards and game board, known as mini packaging :p

Wauw. Amazing paint job and very scenic but simple basing. Love everything. Thanks for a great video and inspiration.

Hello ! What Material in ThunderJaw ? I owned MOC UnOfficial MOC Thunderjaw !
I do believe it's ABS.
Soft flexible plastic.
It's not the best for details but it does the job.
Are the decals included in the box or did you source them somewhere else?
No, these are some left overs from warhammer kits.
They do fit in surprisingly well though !
y the weird line in the vid
My camera's f*cked 😅
