Perfect tribute! My personal opinion is like this: there's (and there was and there will be) a bunch of excellent guitarists (including "wold class" ones) who both play clean and apply much more technically sophisticated tips & tricks than Gary Moore (R.I/P.). But nevertheless I treat them as brilliant guitar craftsmen, not more.
The second category are Guitar Players - those ones who are "custom made in a league of their own" or "retail guitar players".
For me the sole and exclusive difference of this category from "craftsmen" is sound extracting: when playing each note sounds like a spark. Such persons are not playing guitar - they are playing WITH the guitar which is not just an instrument but part of their own.
Gary belonged right to this "restricted"category. Kelly also belons to it. This is MY PERSONAL opinion of Lower Advanced Intermediate Beginner level guitar player.

Guitars are all sounding like they would cut my face OFF, if I got too close! Everything is so Baddass!!! But,,,its Not Gary ripping out his soul and heart into EVERY Note...This is awesome to listen to, but I don't Hear,or FEEL Gary. My honest opinion is,,, Gary Moore is/was the BEST to ever pick up the six string! This guy (his name?) Is Far above average, but a bit younger than Mr. Moore. Therefore has not yet learned to put all his emotion onto the fret board. That only comes from Experience of doing it. This fella, in 25years will or should be a Force, Freak of Nature!
