Tim Wetangula family speaks of the death of his brother

One of the harshest aspects of the coronavirus pandemic is burying the dead. Family members are unable to visit their loved ones in hospital while they are still alive but even worse is that they are constrained when mourning those that pass on. Westlands mp tim wanyonyi knows this too well. He is still traumatised after the loss of his brother who he says was buried by strangers. The strangers were officers from the ministry of health, as per government guidelines on covid-19. He spoke to Citizen TV’s Waihiga Mwaura and intimated how the pandemic brought pain and grief to his home.

Really heartbreaking honestly. Families are not allowed moments of closure. It hurts more than the death itself. The close family members should be allowed to at least view their beloved ones under public health guidelines. Otherwise hearts can be irreparably shattered.

We went through the same 7wks ago when we lost our brother n he was almost buried without a casket, atleast ya had time to b together as a family n attended his home going, sisi till today r still stuck here in the US,our mom baried our brother by her self yet we r 9 siblings, this govt is hurting pple, cuz some pple r treated differently when it comes to time of death, but God is faithful and watching this so called politicians 🙏🙏🇰🇪🇺🇸
