My friend just flew this route (February 2024) and it’s currently an Airbus A330. I’m a purist, I prefer the older B767s especially the -400 that only Delta and United fly. The 2-3-2 layout in coach is awesome. Btw, JFK Terminal 4 is home to far more than just Delta. It may have more airlines than any other terminal at JFK!
Been on the -400 JFK--ATL and it felt like it went on for miles walking through it. Beautiful aircraft. I think DAL handpicks their best crewmembers for these planes as well. Super friendly and good at what they do.
I just returned from my trip to Munich for Oktoberfest. JFK-MUC and MUC-DTW both on a 767-400. Very enjoyable flights even though I couldn't snag an upgrade on the full planes.
Loved the video. I’ll be on a 767-400 in the coming months, so your video was appreciated. I’m thinking that any landing where the plane and all crew and passengers are intact is a good landing!
If you buy a main cabin fare you never pay for 1 checked bag over the water. Any airline is going to fuss about a overweight bag you have 50 pounds to work with typically.
It's a very comfortable plane to fly on
Yes, I think so too

I also felt it was fantastic to fly on the 767-400 and I found the staff super friendly!

Even though these planes are over 20 years old they are perfectly maintained. I'm sad that you couldn't upgrade to a higher class :(
Yeah but I flew standby so economy wasn’t so bad.
Excellent video! thanks for posting. I'll be flying from JFK to Nice in a few weeks and it'll also be on the B767-400, quite excited!

Great video. Did you have to pay for the checked baggage. Were they strict with the weight. How was the seat comfort and customer service
No, I hadn’t check any baggage, so I don’t know. The seat comfort was surprising good!

I saw the landing it was Winds or crosswinds that’s why when he touch the runway started going left or right
The desert looks awful. Breakfast looks nice.
