Didn't look grilled to me, more like lightly sauteed.
Hi Thomas, do you enjoy our Vincent Browne content that we post to UA-cam? If so you can find full clips of Tonight with Vincent Browne on the 3player
no he's a great man asking the right questions.......keep it up
The type of friend nobody needs when things get hot! He'd have you under the bus before he could finish his next letter to the Garda to scrap his next points
Haha
Anyone see or hear from Luke Ming since he went to Europe ????
I didnt thnk so
It’s ok for Ming to smoke the quare stuff according to himself
Ming smokes a big joint before going into Leinster house🤣
lol "irish daily mail" a paper worse than the sun
More to the point (HA!), can anybody explain why if you're driving to Dáil you are legally allowed to talk on your mobile without getting points??
Has to be said that Ming was right,he was trying to make the point that politicians have powers they can abuse and he was trying to give an example, this is no different then when he presented the dirty water for the Minister to drink,in both instances people completely overlooked Mings point and gave out about his behaviour, trying to beat him on a technicality, the comments on this video as well seem to shame Ming for not wearing a suit, for not looking like everyone else and for being open about his cannabis use,if it wasn't for the click bait title of "grilled" which got people to come here wanting to see VB lambast someone and they all drew their own conclusion completely overlooking Mings points, when a man like that gets treated like that is it any wonder so many of our politicians are interchangeable men in suits with sensible hair cuts and secret accounts and drug habits
ehh eh ehhhh eh eh eh eh ehhh eh eh eh
He was trying to be honest, and he should have been commended for it.
Eh,em,eh,eh,eh,I,em,my,eh,eh...
Subtitles went on strike over this !
Excellent advice thank goodness for your speech about this matter
He got some penalty points and used the legal system to place to get out of them and refuse paying fines.
Just because he used the law to his advantage doesn`t mean he has to agree with it. I would have done the exact same thing.
Nail on the head there, but people will always try to avoid the real issue.
Ciaran DeCeol How can you say that when he basically said exactly what happened on national television, ergo hitting the premier point of the argument and real issue.
ming is an honest decent politician. a ray of light in the dail and wants to uphold the law at all costs
+christian fan ming is a rat, a bitter little man thats in it for all he can get
I wish he would come back to the Dail
So this guy gets a freebie and throws the Gard who done him a turn under the bus. Nice 👌
Well said you are totally correct i totally agree with you
Amazing this was ever a story, our penalty point system is a joke, i don't know any man who has not gotten out of penalty points or any woman who hasn't acted sweet and drove away with a warning and a smile from the Garda
The number of 'Eh's' in this is roughly equal to the number of lies in it
Longford knacker as the trendy priest said ah ah ah
What Flanagan done is not comparable to the corruption that occurred in the Irish state.
What he done was morally wrong but was not corruption as it is park of the rules that the state functions upon.
I'd love to know how many times he says "ehh" in this video. it's surely in the 100's!
who cares about that? I find it refreshing that he is not so rehearsed.
***** He does say "ehhh" an awful lot though. I still prefer his honesty and integrity to the bullshit the rest of them go on with. Vincent Browne lets himself down here, I get a feeling he is in the pocket like all the rest.

Flanagan is not credible during this interview. Browne keeps digging and Flanagan's responses are inadequate. If Flanagan had been telling the truth, he would have produced evidence (creating this evidence at the time of the events would have been straighforward). The problem with Ireland is that people create a point of view (usually for some personal benefit) and then ignore everything that contradicts it. Politician x is not like politician y, not because he/she is revealed to be the same, but because I identify with my original perception about him/her and re-evaluating that shows that I fell for it - which isn't flattering to me. We all do it. We need to learn fast. Flanagan is lying during this interview, he is misrepresenting what happened and he is claiming higher motives for all of that. Nothing he says is consistent and he keeps having to alter his argument, or concede Browne's point. How is this in anyway different from how the majority of our politicians have been revealed to act. And so many people comment in support of Flanagan. We deserve what we get.
Numinous20111 He seems to have availed of the perk, and got the points scrapped and avoided the fine, but that doesnt mean he agrees with the system. It is a little two faced, i agree. But when does he lie? He said it all on record in the Dail, and though Vincents line of questioning does seem to make him uncomfortable I dont hear him lying. Dont get me wrong I am not saying he is above reproach, no one is.

I'm not saying that Flanagan is a bad TD, just that this time he fell into the trap of using his position and he should have known better than to try to argue it out. It's something that can happen to anyone. We're looking at a system that is too easy to take advantage of. I've seen Flanagan do very constructive things and deliver very effective Dail speeches. The reason I was so critical is that we cannot afford either our politicians or ourselves to get sucked in, because we're facing a near future that is so extremely problematic that we all need to raise our standards and keep each other to them. So I should have made it clear that I wasn't blanket accusing Flanagan, but that he/me/we can't fool ourselves. We have to take responsibility for ourselves. Otherwise, the consequences are too dire to think of.
uh uh ehhh ehhh and ehhh uh uh ehh and ehh uh ehh ahh and I ehh...
Marijuana. Not even once.
eh new record there
GRILLED!!!!!
The corruption in the Irish political / business / banking / judicial systems, etc, is systematic. Ming Flanagan's actions and attempted bizarre justification are representative of the mindset that allows that corruption. Each element of that corruption needs to be confronted and publicly acknowledged as corruption. Every single element. Flanagan actually attempted to claim his agenda was one of integrity (to reveal it subsequently in the Dail to focus attention on it.) Amazing hypocracy.
Jibberland.
Ming is making a political stink about a situation where HE HIMSELF ALSO ACTED IN A CORRUPT MANNER.
Not capable of putting a sentence together ,,,unreal what is been elected
well said.
I think the point of this is that you should buy a hands free headset
Lose your licence on the first stop using a mobile would soon put an absolute stop to this irresponsible life threatening habit ?

Luke Ming Thank you for enlightened your experience unbeliveable...can I say when don't use notes
One law for them, one law for the rest of us. Try telling a guard a question he asked you is irrelevant.
i thought the long haired man in front of him was dead for a moment but then he blinked...
Because your away to Brussels to report
You are ming the merciless after all
All hail ming
I don't agree with the garda's statement who came forward to Luke, saying that because he was on his way to the Dail, the penalty points shouldn't have been given, when in fact, article 18, of the Irish constitution states that every member of the Oireachtas shall, except in case of treason, felony, or breach of the peace, be privileged from ARREST.. It says nothing about being excluded from being fined or being given penalty points and I don't think, driving whilst on the phone is an arrestable offence
Hash makes You say Eh eh eh eh eh......
Never happened to me
+Brian McBride oh lord
I think living in Canada for an extended period of time makes you say Eh
Budd Hudd he's nervous, he's thinking. But he's telling the truth

How many ah ah ah ah can you use ah ah ah
Massive corruption is happening in Ireland and you are worried about speeding points.
Completely disasterous interview from Flanagan's perspective. I'm not trying to blacken his name in general, but this is typical of the adolescent behaviour of the majority of our politicians. It's like a teenager caught by their parents returning home utterly drunk and trying to bluff it out with them that they aren't inebriated.
bluff me fuck he,s dead rite ,are u tellin me it dont go on ,wake up and smell the shit ..
Are you serious? Flanagan was completely compromised by having accepted his own penalty points being revoked. If he was acting from integrity he never would have allowed that to happen. He wanted to benefit from the system and be outraged by the same system at the same time. Your response is typical of people who ignore any information that doesn't fit their point of view. Watch the video again.
Eh, em, eh, Kn*b. Of course you didn't want points, buy yourself a handsfree kit.
This election I'll be hiring a van to pick people i know, to take them to my local pub for a FREE pint before and after they vote. It's the only way to get first time voters to the booth. WE HAVE TO TAKE BACK OUR GOVERNMENT!!

Ahh ahh ahhh ahhhhh
Ah
Ming is so paranoid due to his pipe smoking
eh
What Flanagan did was accept licence points being 'lost' and then spin an elaborate story, while conveniently ignoring personal responsibility and common sense questions. What else do you call 'corruption'?! You need to understand how people become corrupt and how they blank out anything that would make them avoid the corruption. Flanagan is part of what is wrong with Ireland. He got caught and didn't accept he was caught doing wrong. That's the root cause of why Ireland is the way it is.
I'm sure I heard he admitted he was wrong.
Ming the Snitch
Ehhh ehhhh ehhhhh ehhhh I ehhhh think ehhhhh ehhh ehhh ehhhh
