Equal Pay Press Conference

On January 27th we convened at our State Capitol to express our stance on what an Equal Pay Law should include. We placed pocketbooks filled with a cookie with “56c” on it, our policy agenda and our call to fix glaring flaws in the equal pay legislation on every lawmakers desk.
We also conducted a press conference to voice our opinions on the harmful equal pay legislation the lawmakers of Mississippi were proposing and answer any questions from the press.
