This is the side of Bleach I like most. The fighting is alright, the plots are a little dry after a while, but seeing the Captains wandering around doing normal things is amusing. Well, as normal as it can get I suppose.
This is why I love Bleach (even if its just filler) It gives these soldiers/warriors that hold a strict order to protect some character and give them some down to earth activities, just makes you appreciate the character more

My waifu Soi Fon is very good at playing darts. Byakuya looking snazzy in the suit and playing pool. Toshiro enjoying himself with snowboarding. And Renji relaxing in hot bath. I absolutely love this special episode. And definitely love at the end where Uryu & Ichigo are on janitor duty and they hate their job 😂

Well their is a difference, shinigami captains have more fighting power alone than their whole squads do and they only come to the front line when it is deemed useless for the lower ranks to be their. You will never find a colonel or other high rank officer who can out do full squads of soldiers on the field.

Byakuya-sama, as always, looks amazing in a suit. I kinda wanted to see him in the hot spring, though... But his look of extreme concentration as he's playing pool is good enough to satisfy me.
