I have built 5 of these projects with flawless results. I havent found any laser files that work this well, paid or free. The videos are the icing on the cake. Whether you are a group of people or just one, you are great people for providing this kind of quality for free. Thank you for this site. Five stars!
This is perfection! Thank u!!! I've already subscrived and liked all videos in your channel... All lock mechanism in it is a lesson for me (for future projects)... not a single glue or screw and all very well locked. Thank You for this lesson, files, tutorial, everything!
Your files and videos are amazing, thank you so much for uploading. In answer to a previous question, these will cut on a diode laser (Ortur, X tool, Sculpfun etc) preferably with a minimum 10 watt laser output. The only problem is the size of some of the items, the Wine Caddy for example has pieces that are larger than the laser bed. I'm saving up for a Co2 laser, the diode ones are great but just a bit limited for size and power.
Hi Malcolm, thank you for you kind comments. When we designed this caddy we were trying to offer a simple design for people who were new to cutting on the glowforge format lasers. Plus, the pieces need to be that size to hold a standard wine bottle. As we are moving forward with more files we have started nesting the parts on 17"x15.75' sheets as well as the 19.5"x11". Obviously it is impossible to offer files for all machines, so we do include a file with all the parts laid out, so people can do their own nesting to suit their machine. Again thank you for your comments and if you haven't already, please subscribe to our channel to enable us to keep uploading files.
I am speechless. Wish I was able to make these items as a 75 year old man. It must be a nice hobby. Do not even know where to start. Is it anyhow possible to make these items with an Ortur lasermaster 3 for instance?
I don't see why it wouldn't be possible with that laser. But please be careful when operating a diode laser. Since it's not enclosed, always wear correct eye protection and make sure to operate it in a properly ventilated space.
Hi Martijn, thank you. We have never used that particular laser, but have just watched a review on one. It is a diode laser and we use a co2 laser. From what they are saying, it appears you would be able to cut 3mm plywood or mdf without any issues. From my understanding diode lasers are slower than co2 lasers, but if cut time is not important to you it looks like it could be a nice little laser. You may be able to find someone that has one on one of the Facebook laser cutting forums who can tell you about their experience with one.
Hi, I buy the bottles from e bay or amazon. One or two ounce plastic bottles with luer lock tops. Sometimes I order them with the blunt needle or I order the needle separately. The needle I like are 18 gauge. Try to order them with some kind of stopper to help prevent the glue drying in the needle. Also I would recommend having another larger bottle with water in, to flush the needle if it start to block. The bottles and needles are cheap and make building models much easier. If you have trouble finding them, get back to us and we will try to help.
The website is now working with improved format and more layouts/nestings for different laser bed sizes. Most of the models now fit easily into cutting area of 495mm x 279mm and 400mm x 400mm.

Thank you for your kind comments. It is always nice when someone appreciates the effort. Hope you continue to enjoy the files.

quais canetas são estas ai?
Eles são apenas marcadores de arte genéricos que encontramos na loja do dólar. Nada realmente especial sobre eles.

They are just generic art markers that we found at the dollar store. Nothing really special about them.
