That mad max car was the original one used in Mad Max 1 and then sold and bought back and used in Mad Max 2: Road Warrior.... (a 2nd car was bought just for the crash scene but it was a lower spec non GT model)

And the over 2000 cars is an inflated number. Mr Dezer has over 2000 vehicles in his collection, but not all are on display in Orlando. He has more in storage and another museum in Las Vegas.
