IMO, Sarah being nervous about it makes much more sense than Chuck being nervous. She had already told him previously her answer would be yes, and given the lengths she went to rescue him from the Belgian, he really had no reason to be nervous in this episode.
sarah's face pre-intersect is so much much different than after she got the intersect. here, she looks glowing and more beautiful and smiling. after the intersect, she always looks sour and grumpy and the glow in her face is gone.
