Gouache Winter Landscape Painting Study ❄️ Step-by-Step Process

In this time-lapse video, I paint a snowy mountain top scene in traditional gouache. This time I used less watery layers, and allowed each layer to dry before going in with the next.
This is actually how I was taught to use gouache in college, although you know ya girl likes to experiment! Anyway, I'm happy to share another glimpse into my ever-evolving painting process - thanks for watchin! Let me know what you think about it❄️

The way you use light sourcing, and soften the values as the mountains move back creates some fantastic depth.
