Live Interview with Nick Kaminski - Contestant #85 in The World's Top Waiter Competition

My name is Nick Kaminski and I'm very excited to be submitting my entry into the World's Top Waiter Competition.
I've been working in hospitality for over 20 years. My first job in high school was a server at a diner. While I may have only been making $40 or $50, that cash in my hand every day was what really got me hooked in this business.
After a few years in the TGI-chili-bees kind of space I decided to really take it seriously and own this as my career. Since then, I've worked my way up through the levels and I'm currently a server at a high-end steakhouse here on the world-famous Las Vegas Strip.
My biggest passions are wine and teaching. I passed my introductory and certified sommelier exams and I've also mentored four of my friends and coworkers to passing their certified exams as well. This year I started my own foray into the online education and training space with my UA-cam channel 6FigureServer.
With that channel and through this competition, I hope to share what I've learned over my decades in this business, and to truly put my skills to the test. So thank you, Ned and the Waiter's Academy and I look forward to seeing you all in the first challenge!
