I hope you enjoy this one! I feel like for most people, they don't know what to do with kimchi after buying it from the grocery store / making it at home. While it's great on its own, kimchi is a versatile ingredient that can be used for literally everything (don't quote me on that). Kimchi packs a punch of flavor and nutrients, and it deserves to take up your refrigerator space rent free period.
RECIPES
Kimchi Jjigae
300g pork
600g kimchi
170mL or ¾ cup kimchi juice
½ onion, sliced
½ leek
½ tofu
1 tbsp minced garlic
1 tsp minced ginger
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp gochugaru
1 tbsp gochujang
800mL water
2 tbsp neutral oil
Kimchi Jeon
150g kimchi
50g AP
50g Corn Starch
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp gochugaru
120ml water
Kimchi Fried Rice
200g white rice
100g spam
180g kimchi
1/3 leek
1 tbsp soy sauce
½ tbsp gochujang
3 tbsp neutral oil
1 egg
1/2 sesame oil
Kimchi Cheese Rice Balls
420g white rice
200g kimchi
1 tsp sesame oil
½ tbsp gochujang
½ tbsp sugar
1 tbsp soy sauce
100g mozzarella
Kimchi Soondubujjigae
1 packet of soft silken tofu
1 cup mussels
80g kimchi
½ leek
50g baby oyster mushroom
1 tbsp gochugaru
1 tbsp minced garlic
2 tbsp sesame oil
1 tbsp soy sauce
500ml water or stock
2 tbsp neutral oil
1 egg
Mukenji Kimbap
100g carrot
170g canned tuna
2 tbsp mayonnaise
6 perilla leaves
400g white rice
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp sesame oil
6 large kimchi leaves
2 sushi seaweed
Loaded Kimchi Nachos
150g corn tortillas
150g kimchi
375g tomatoes
75g onion
10g cilantro
2 Avocados
200g mexican cheese
80g sour cream
Kimchi Bokkeumtang
600g chicken thighs
600g kimchi
1/2 onion
1/2 carrot
2 potatoes
1 leek
2 green chili
2 tbsp neutral oil
1 tbsp gochujang
1/4 cup gochugaru

1/4 cup sugar

100g minced beef
100g minced pork
200g rigatoni
100g kimchi
50g onion
50g carrot
50g celery
800g whole tomatoes
10g garlic
2 tbsp gochujang
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/4 cup olive oil
Grilled Kimchi Cheese Sandwich
100g kimchi
2 tbsp mayonnaise
2 tsp gochujang
1 tbsp butter
1 tbsp sugar
50g gouda
50g sharp cheddar
40g american cheese

Would you ever be willing to make a video about the items you use for korean cooking, such as the clay pot you use in this video? I see loads of different things about how to use them (Never heat them up empty, wet them first, start on low heat) and then Ill see a video and theyll just be straight on a burner and the food added after. I'd love to get one but I'm not sure how best to use them.
